We, my husband and I, took our friends to Carta for a pre Christmas meal and very much enjoyed ourselves. Even though Larch is our favorite, when we heard about the new digs, we were ready to dig in. We started with the Oyster Mushroom Rockefeller was and it was off the hook and a fun twist. I ordered the Wild Boar Meatloaf and was not disappointed. Moist, rich and drizzled with a spicy bbq sauce. My husband had the Elk Tenderloin which was cooked to perfection! Our friend both had the Beef Filet also cooked to perfection. Our server “Ace” was attentive as well as knowledgeable lending to the warm atmosphere of Carta! We finished off with a decadent piece of chocolate cake. Wine list is fantastic. Craft cocktails exceptional. Will definitely add Carta to our go to places in Leavenworth.

Not surprised one bit. On par with all other “Larch” restaurants. Exceptional service, exceptional vibes, exceptional food. We got Brussels & bread with browned butter as an all and the rabbit (unreal) and beef tenderloin as entrees. Both were cooked to perfection. Highly highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to get a seat for three before the dinner reservations started. This location is in my top five restaurants to date. Louis was our waiter, and he was knowledgeable and attentive. He gave us detailed menu recommendations, and took great care of us. We would highly recommend this location to friends and family, and we will most definitely make reservations when we return. We had the king salmon, manhattan, and the steak. It was definitely a memorable dinner. Fantastic job!!

The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, tender and full of rich flavor. The crab lasagna was equally impressive — creamy, decadent, and perfectly seasoned. But the true surprise of the night was the shrimp on the side — it was so flavorful and perfectly prepared that it completely blew us away.
Every bite felt intentional, and every dish complemented the next beautifully. Between the service, the food, and the atmosphere, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I celebrated a wedding anniversary here last week, and it was a lovely evening. We made a reservation in advance, letting them know we were celebrating. I don’t usually expect restaurants to make note of that, but Carta outdid themselves. We were greeted with a “Happy Anniversary” from the host and seated immediately. He left a card on the table, and I soon realized it was for us – a lovely card signed by the staff, wishing us a happy anniversary & thanking us for dining with them. We felt so special. As we read through the menu, I took in the lovely space and appreciated the ambiance. Our server was so kind and attentive, mentioning the special occasion as well. I ordered the Endurance cocktail, a deliciously silky and smoky drink. Highly recommend. We started with the baguette, Brussels sprouts & oysters, all so delectable. My main entree was the elk tenderloin (paired with the red GSM) & my husband had the polpettone di caccia. Wow, we were so happy with our choices. Absolutely incredible taste. We ended with the chocolate cake, on the house. Truly a wonderful evening spent with lovely staff and in a phenomenal restaurant. I cannot recommend it enough.

This was a perfect way to end a long day strolling and shopping through Leavenworth. Every dish was plated beautifully. The sauce and flavors made every bite filled with flavor. The Wagyu beef literally melts in your mouth. That was the highlight of our evening. Highly recommend this restaurant despite the pricey dishes!

Food, drinks, and service were all top notch. We enjoyed our crab cakes, beef tenderloin, elk steak, and chocolate cake. Overall it was pretty pricey but they do offer some affordable bottles of wine to enjoy with dinner.

Me and my wife had the opportunity to dine in at carta during Valentine’s Day weekend, we did not have reservations but we were able to get it and sit at the bar as it had a couple seats open, the bar tender and team members greeted us with kind gestures and let us know where we could hang our jackets, my wife loved the atmosphere of the place which gives off a nice small and cozy environment with out overcrowding, before ordering food we ordered drinks off the drink menu which were prepared precisely and in great time, we then ordered food as we’re both hungry, I ordered the meatloaf which was a boar and bison meatloaf with seasoned mash potatoes and grilled vegetables, and my wife ordered the tendori chicken, both meals were prepared and brought out to us within a short amount of time, Both meals looked, smelled and tasted amazing amazing, but we both agreed that the tendori chicken outshined as it was so delicious and prepared so perfectly with the right amount of Spices and herds, after the entree we ordered a dessert off the dessert menu which was not very long but had some great options available, the chocolate cake is what we settled on, as it was placed on the table I immediately thought of the movie Matilda (chocolate cake scene) as the piece of cake was massive, the cake was so delicious and flavorful but we could not finish it as it was just so much food. I would like to also note that during this whole time the bartender and staff aswell as the manager treated us so well and made sure our drinks were refilled and made sure we were comfortable and not needing anything more. I would highly recommend carta and will be going again soon.
