Sweet Sinay’s Reviews
I hate to attack a place that is already down. I hate to, but I will…
The food was acceptable. My calzone was fairly delicious and the lasagna while sloppily served, tasted alright as well, although I would have expected a little more for the above average price.
The service was not so acceptable. The food took an inordinately long amount of time to prepare despite the fact that we were the only customers at that time. When the food finally arrived after 30 minutes, we got excuses instead of understanding and apologies.
The atmosphere was absolutely unacceptable. There was a big puddle of water on the floor in front of the cashier. There was a wet floor sign but no attempt to dry it up. Apparently, the cleanup strategy amounted to gradual evaporation. This made getting to the cash register or the restrooms uncomfortable but then again maybe that was the plan, because the restrooms were down a dirty hallway stacked with construction and repair supplies haphazardly. Simply not ok!
Pro Tip
If you don’t mind paying a bit more for average pasta and pizza, order some takeaway here. But whatever you do, I encourage you not to eat in the restaurant dining area.

I think I started to stop here for pizza takeout about 4-5 years ago. I almost always got the Chefs Special. I remember thinking they were not very generous with the toppings, but I like the sauce, and the crust has a nice chew especially when I reheat it on my stone. A few years ago, I go in to pickup my pizza and I have to wait. This guy who I assume is the manager or owner apologized for the wait, but offered me some of their spicy italian sausage. It’s great & has some kick! He tells me they make it in house, and I can exchange it on a pizza if I want, and so I start doing that. I tell my friends! About 2 years ago I quit going because 2 previous purchases did not have the correct sausage on it. Yesterday 2/6/26 I thought I would give them another try. placed my order on the phone, and they did not sound busy. Picked up my pizza, no wait, not busy, kid working the cash register is nice. Pizza looks good, but the usual lite on toppings. Get home, and it’s good, but not spicy sausage. Either the exchange did not happen, or the spicy sausage is not spicy which is a quality issue. I really want to support a local independent, and they are close by, but come on! People just do not pay attention and take pride anymore, and for that price I can go to Jockamos!

Today I was coming in for food and there was a lady named Amanda who looked like a boss or manager. And she asked an employee if he made something for an order. He was polite and said he didnt know it went with the order or that they needed it. She proceeded to yell at him. I was so shocked this employee didnt deserve that treatment at all. I was going to order food for me and my 7 employees. But since that’s the way management treats their staff I will never return to this location. I really felt bad for that employee. I wish the owner could have seen the way she yelled in front of people andeverything. she needs to humble herself.

This is by far one of my favorite pizza places. My husband and I started coming here when we moved to this side of town and the Pasquale’s team has never let us down. We were welcomed immediately. Witnessed plenty of customer interactions. The manager and the staff are very friendly. We waited maybe 15 minutes for a sandwich, small pizza and cheese bread. We were able to come in, sit down and eat (and grabbed a dessert pizza) within an hour. This spot reminds me of my first job working in a small town pizza shop. Special thanks to Jay and his team for their service tonight!

Locally owned and the owner was terrific. He came out and talked with us a bit since we were from Tennessee. He checked on us personally a couple of times. He was even doing the deliveries. The other staff were awesome as well. They also checked on us a couple of times. The baked spaghetti and meatballs were excellent. The calzone was a little too salty but was still tasty. If you are in the area definitely check them out.

First time for me, and they hit home with this one. Had a large meat pizza, very tasty. Perfect amount of sauce, loaded with cheese and meat. Next time, I want to try the Stromboli sandwich. OMG it sounds amazing and I was told it was by another customer. According to him, it’s so good, it’s all he eats. I can’t wait to return!
