I decided to try this restaurant for the first time since it was close to a training I had to attend. I always like giving new places a chance, especially when I’m in Louisiana and craving a shrimp po-boy — because let’s be honest, you really can’t go wrong with that here.
I ordered the shrimp po-boy combo through the drive-thru. I will say, the food was hot and the drive-thru attendant was very attentive and polite, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives started to fade.
I tasted the fries first, and they had absolutely no salt, pepper, or seasoning at all. They were honestly hard to enjoy. I went inside to ask for salt, pepper, or some type of seasoning, and was told there would be a charge for it — which was surprising. I’ve never experienced being charged for basic seasoning. No worries, I went back to my car to grab my card, but the attitude I received during that interaction was disappointing. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect that experience.
Then came the sandwich. Once I opened the po-boy, it was mostly bread. For such a large sandwich, there was hardly any shrimp inside. It honestly felt like the shrimp were counted out one by one. In Louisiana, a shrimp po-boy should be stuffed — not mostly bread. It was very disappointing, especially considering they even have a sign advertising their po-boys.
The only standout item for me was the homemade sweet tea — that was actually really good.
Overall, for the price, it just wasn’t worth it. The restaurant has potential with hot food and good customer service at the drive-thru, but between the lack of seasoning, the extra charge for basics, the attitude inside, and the skimpy sandwich, I left disappointed. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this just didn’t hit the mark.

I ordered fish shrimp and fried rice. Asked for cocktail sauce and was told .50. I have seafood but have to pay for sauce. I was then told you have ranch and tarter. My reply was I don’t eat any of that. She just stood there and just looked at me. I frequent this establishment. Not a fan of the service today.

Update: got a fish shrimp and fries platter and it was amazing. Super fresh and delicious. Service at the window was top notch. I will come here more often. My work bought us cheeseburgers and fries. I gobbled up the yummy fries before I could take a picture. The burger was quite good as well.

I went as usual as I have for the past few years as soon as I ate it I got sick I looked at the other half and it does not look like real ground meat when I called them they said it was the same but it didn’t taste the same And made me sick! And then they told me thank you and dismissed me it’s a patty mixed with ground beef or looks like ground beef

Came here because of the reviews of how fresh the food is. THE quantity POOR I got a fish po-boy, paid extra for additional fish NOT A whole filled cut in half. I wanted to add to sandwich which was 1 filled NOT a bountiful sandwich. Not worth MONEY.
