I want to give them only one star so people stay away and I can keep it all for myself! Best BBQ I know of in East Tennessee! The Feed Lot is simply amazing, great people, music and food! Great place to go with a group of friends! Have not found an item I don’t like yet and the only thing I haven’t had is the half chicken…

Pulling in, we knew it would be amazing! We were told to get there by 4 when they open, or we’d be in a line but still worth the wait. Either way, there was a line, lol. The line for us was moving along just fine. We got there at 4 and had about 25 people ahead of us. It made us sure that driving out there from Charleston, just 45 min, would be worth it! This place is in the middle of nowhere, and unlike anywhere I’ve ever been ❤️ When entering, you pay $2 per person, which pays for unlimited self-service beverages and live entertainment Kids under 4 are free to enter. My kids got their drinks and wandered to see the animals so they didn’t get squirley while my husband waited in line for the food. I believe it was about 15 minutes after entering that he came over with a giant tray of food, and my daughter was carrying a tray with more food. YUM

We ordered the flight and what a smorgasbord of flavors. Their sides were unique.. im still thinking of how delicious the coleslaw was and the jalapeño corn. And OH MY the peach baked beans my husband immediately dove into the Brussel sprouts and my son tried to claim all the mac n chz He shared tho! Also the potato salad stood out for sure

The flight is a half pound of all the meats they offer with a half rack of ribs, half a chicken, and 5 wings plus a half pound of all the sides they offer. The brisket was DELICIOUS. Tender for sure and cooked to perfection. We added an additional half pound of brisket when ordering so we could have some to take home. My kids’ favorite was the sausage, chicken and ribs, and me and hubby loved the brisket, ribs, sausage, and wings.

The atmosphere was very family friendly and overall comfortable, relaxing, and we can’t wait to go back. The live music, great service, and beautiful views mixed with being able to look out onto open fields with their animals roaming all make this place truly unique

Great BBQ! Everything is a la carte, unless you get a sandwich that comes with chips or kids meal. Prices are per ½ lb. For the first time I tried the Sliced Brisket, Sausage (has cheese, not my favorite), ½ rack ribs and 12 wings. Wings were not hot, but warm; cooled off pretty quickly while eating. Mac N Cheese was excellent; creamy not cheese so no stomach issues! Peach Baked Beans excellent! Brisket Chili was good, heavy tomato base and thick, they offer cheese and sour cream, but I got it plain; definitely would add those next time.

BBQ sauces are Original and Texas Twang. Original is sweet with a mild smoke and pepper. Texas Twang is not sweet, tasted like a bit of Tabasco in it.

You can BYOB, but no matter what it is $2 drink charge per person that you pay when you first come down to the farm. If the line is long you can get a drink while you wait…pure genius! Food order is placed like going through a cafeteria/Bo’Jangles line…you can see it first. I drove from Sevier County to give it a try arrived at 4:30p on a Friday in November. Line was to the ice cream bar, took about 15-20 minutes to get our food…and about 10 min to eat! Definitely will be back. Great for a day trip with misses. And for the kiddos there are live animals in pens and open spaces to run around. Live music started about 5:30p.

Absolutely the best barbecue brisket, ribs, and pulled pork I’ve had in quite a while. This place is out in the country and I mean beautiful country. It’s a place that you have be going to intentionally. They have live music and a great atmosphere. I would recommend you take the time to visit and enjoy some of the best barbecue in Tennessee.

We hired Smokin F to cater a construction work party for over 200 workers and they came through!! They delivered exactly what they said they would, on time, and the food was delicious! The jobsite was raving about how good the brisket and creamed corn were. I would highly recommend for your catering events! Great communication throughout the planning as well. Can’t recommend them enough.

We loved our first visit and can not wait to get back. We had the brisket (Five Stars), ribs and half chicken with a few of their awesome sides. Everything was GREAT! We shared the banana pudding on the drive home and wish we had bought more than one. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the live music. Well done Smokin F Bbq!!!! We will be #jeepn4que this summer and look forward to many more visits.

If you’re looking for authentic Texas BBQ in East Tennessee, this place has got it. As a native Texan transplanted in Tennessee, my wife and I are always looking for great brisket, which is really hard to find around here. Great food, great atmosphere, make the trip and check them out!

Had lunch from the food truck, perfection. The food was amazing, the service was southern hospitality at its finest. I also must add the food truck was clean, would make Don Dare smile. Cant wait to visit the location. Oh, cant forget the banana puddin. The best around!

This place is in the middle of no where but 100% worth the drive. We got there before 4 and by the time we left at 6:40 there was still a line! The food was really good. I enjoyed the jalapeno corn and the potato with chicken. Serving sizes are big so it would be a good place to share. Loved seeing all the animals too. We will definitely be back.
