We stopped to give this try. The service was amazing. Got our money’s worth of food. $20 for 4 pieces of chicken, fry’s, roll and a drink. Plus we added a coleslaw and extra drink. The chicken was delicious everything was hot. The coleslaw omg you must try it. I haven’t had coleslaw like this is years from a restaurant.

I always read reviews when I try new places. After reading them, I was a little apprehensive about trying it. Well, I’m glad I did try it. For me, I felt like I was visiting Granny’s house. The food was very good and SEASONED (unlike a review I read)! I’ll definitely be back!!!! (More than once, I might add)

Tuesday, October 29th …I Bought chicken and onion rings. My onion rings were horrible. I went and asked them to replace them with some new ones and they made me sit there an hour and wait on new onion rings… It doesn’t take that long to make onion rings .. But the sad part is a man walks in makes an order while I’m sitting there waiting on my onion rings, and they literally waited on him and gave him his food before my onion rings …I shouldn’t of had to wait an hour to get my food. My food was cold by the time I got The new onion rings so I asked who the manager was and I tried to get the managers name they would only tell me John they act like they didn’t know who the manager was but I’ve always eaten there and never had a problem until today but I noticed there was a different Cook there today and I noticed she has an attitude. She just is not a very friendly person. You can be nice to her and she just looks at you like your stupid but anyway that’s besides the point, it’s just not nice that she did That..very Sad the world we live in today.!!!!

As a place of business, you’re required to open and close When you say you will, this place does not do that. Its your best guess if they’re open or not? They close when they feel like it. They don’t go according to the hours at all. A place can have good food but if you not opening and closing when you say you will, your business is useless. The customer cannot depend on you to be open so if you have heard about their chicken try to call before you come and even then you might not even get an answer. Good business is rare nowadays.

October 30th, 2025. According to what I see and what is posted online, they say they close at 8:00pm. Pulled up at 6:56 pm and the doors were locked. Pulled up to the window and the person inside was very rude. I come h9all the time but am Not too pleased with the experience I had tonight

I stopped in for some local fried chicken traveling through Louisiana. The dirty rice and fried chicken was a hit! The service was very welcoming. Just a heads up, they close AT 7PM not 8PM.

Was placing an order and the lady taking the order was VERY RUDE rolling her eyes and just had a very cocky attitude with us and the way she called the customer when their order was ready was very rude! I ended up walking out because I will not be disrespected. I have eaten their lots of times and never have I felt so disrespected as I did today! Everyone has bad day, I get it , but that’s a very good way to ruin business!

The food is very good. You have many choices for side dishes. Every staff that I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with were very polite and cheerful. There are several other restaurants in town, but I am very partical to Beck’s. It’s a family style eatery.. ❤️❤️
