I have been to this store 5 times this month. And today dec 31st 11:30. I had the worst service and food I have ever eaten at a Qdoba. The did not greet me and there was 2 like 15 year old girls working in the front. To pay 12 for a Quesadilla that us dripping with grease and so stuck together you could not even eat it. So I had them remake it and wow the same thing comes right back to me. Someone need to talk to the manager and the cooks. Will not be coming back.

I had the lime shrimp bowl and it was delicious. My wife had the brisket bowl and it was not good at all. The brisket had to be cut as it was in clumps and the clumps were actually mostly fat. Not much meat at all. Tables were dirty, had to wipe our own, not one smiling staff member, and garbages were full. Usually a decent place but very disappointed this trip.

The food is good. I was looking for a healthier option & Qdoba won. Seems like everytime I’m at the local store I have to wait for something from the back grill. This time it was several minutes waiting for the grilled vegetables. The lady that wears the face mask is generally rude when you tell her you can’t understand what she’s saying. It’s loud at times & you just can’t hear her. Not sure the reasoning for the mask. Overall, the store is clean & inviting. The employees could be a bit friendlier. They themselves are not inviting. A smile or kindness goes along way. I hope travelers don’t think this is the norm for our area if this place is their only interaction with Spearfish.

Usually pretty good, BUT I tried mobile order for the first time and never again. They missed 3 ingredients in my burrito and it was the smallest burrito I’ve ever got from them.
Edit: went there again and quality was so much better (although I didn’t do order ahead). Will keep going back and I’ll try mobile order again and see if they’ve fix it.

I got the same burrito. I get every time when I online order at this location and I got food poisoning and have been bedridden vomiting and sleeping for the last two days. Also, often when I placed my online order, it takes them more than 20 minutes to have it ready to go causing me to have to go wait in my car or wait in the restaurant for them to get it done. Still haven’t decided if I’ll be coming back to this location odds are probably not. I have not felt worse than I felt these last two days since I got the flu when I was really young

I seriously never write a review but I feel that I need too. I went there for lunch and got a burrito well the gal that was making my burrito let’s just say it was soggy by the time I got back to the office which is a 2 min drive and I had to put it into a bowl. We stopped to eat here … I started to order and realized their queso has things in it… I asked what was in it and was told they couldn’t tell me… I asked what if Im allergic to something… I was told it was proprietary and they couldn’t tell me but I was free to look it up online… I asked what if my allergy would cause me to die… i was told they were instructed to tell people to look it up… OMG. Obviously we did NOT eat here… what could possibly be in that cheese that was so secretive ???
