Great place for healthy/ filling food. We really enjoyed our bowls. The pita bread is great, they have one with salt and cinnamon sugar. Their drinks are pretty good as well. I enjoyed the blueberry lavender drink. Overall nice place, they are a bit pricey though! Not a place to go to often with how high their prices are. But food is good.

Michelle served me, and I only ordered a bowl of rice and meat. I asked if she could add meatball gravy, and she said no. Her attitude wasn’t very friendly. I come here for lunch sometimes, and this is the first time anyone has treated me like that.

I always have a great experience at CAVA, and this location really stands out because of the team. Arianna, the manager, is amazing—she’s friendly, professional, and clearly cares about both the customers and her staff. You can tell she runs a tight ship while still keeping the vibe welcoming and positive. The whole team is upbeat, helpful, and patient, even during busy times. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The grains are perfectly cooked, the greens are crisp, and the proteins are always well-seasoned and flavorful. I love how customizable everything is—whether it’s the creamy hummus, spicy harissa, pickled onions, or the bold dressings, every bowl is packed with flavor. Portions are generous, and everything tastes clean and high-quality. Overall, great food, great service, and an even better team. Arianna and her crew truly make this CAVA a place I keep coming back to. Highly recommend! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Really enjoyed my visit. The workers were genuinely kind, smiling, and easy to talk to. They created a welcoming environment and made the experience feel relaxed and positive. I just came back from cava En Oviedo is the worst trip to cava The meat was all blood. They asked me to wait 45 minutes when the food came all the steak was all blood. It was disgusting. The lady in front of me left. I took just veggie. They don’t know what I was asking about or other customer asking about I don’t know if they’re high or drunk or something but they’re not normal. It take seven minutes to get me a bag to understand what I’m saying. I asked for tahini sauce he bought me different sauce. I asked for vegetable he bought me different stuff. Cava, first time we are eating at this place in Oviedo, the food is ok, the price is too high $27.00 for two bowls, both contained spinach and more green leaves, one with chicken and the other with meat and without a drink and the service was fast but not at all courteous, I will not return to the place as the prices are too high.

I want to give major recognition to Emma for the fantastic job she did making my bowl. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure every detail was just right. She didn’t rush, even with a crowd, and communicated clearly to make sure the order matched exactly what I wanted. It’s rare to find someone who puts that level of care into each bowl. Alex was also really nice and welcoming, contributing to a positive environment the entire time. The teamwork and attitude from both Emma and Alex truly made this visit one worth mentioning. Their customer service was outstanding.

Came in on Saturday. The food was very delicious and the service was amazing. Anna was very helpful and friendly. There was a big line but she didn’t rush me and seemed to genuinely care about each customer. Definitely coming back!

Neat idea but equates to a loaded Mediterranean Salad. It does seem healthy and everything healthy is more expensive but ~$15 is a bit much for a bowl. The sauces were decent but the spicy lamb was just heavily black peppered lamb meatballs. The spicy harrissa probably would have been better.
