We placed an order for a custom lemon raspberry cake for my best friend’s birthday here and wow! Everyone who had a slice agreed that this was the best cake we’ve ever had. No exaggeration. It was also so beautiful that cutting into it almost seemed like a crime. Going into the bakery to pick up the cake was a wonderful experience as well. Everyone inside was so nice and welcoming. The inside is absolutely stunning with all their vintage decor. The entire place is very cozy and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back! (Also, apologies for the photo. I took more videos of the cake instead of photos. The cake was very sparkly. )

We came downtown and the place we went too for coffee on this cold Sunday was closed and we were walking towards another spot when we spotted this cute place.

So glad ! The bread pudding was AMAZING ! Oh and dont skip on the chicken pot pie… DELISH!

Seating inside is very tight but the decor is so cute

Very pleasant stop and a must!

This was one of the cutest little coffee and dessert shops! The decor was adorable and I love how they kept the charm of the old house. The dessert was very good with a lot to choose from. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful bakery with the largest almond croissants we’ve ever seen.
The place is beautifully decorated, right down to the adorable pink stove in the yard.
My husband and I shared a cheesecake brownie, my two favorite sweets in one!

I highly recommend!

This place is a must if you’re in Franklin, it’s such a beautiful experience, they have a wide selection of pastries, everything is so delicious and so detailed oriented. All the pastries are freshly made, we tried the almond croissant, the potato quiche, the raspberry thumbprint and the chantilly coffee. Everything was so good, the croissant is big enough for 3 people.

We did the Afternoon Tea and it was one of the best we’ve had in the area. The scone (the mark of a good tea) was amazing, the other pastries and sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Everything was of course adorable from the plates to the spoons, and service was wonderful.

Beautiful sweet treats!! A little pricey, but also they’re homemade and so worth it. I love tea, so the tea service is delightful whether by yourself or with others.

Updating my review – since the team have viewed my feedback and haven’t taken any time to reply, which makes it appear they don’t care to improve their service towards people with disabilities.

I came in to try a few items and was informed that pets needed to either sit outside or on their owner’s lap, which I fully understood. However, when I mentioned that my dog is a service animal, the tone and interaction shifted immediately. The staff began muttering and rolling their eyes, which was both audible and visible, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

My feedback to the team: While your pet policy is reasonable, it would greatly enhance your service to handle these situations with more professionalism and understanding. If a customer informs you that their dog is a service animal, simply asking about the tasks the dog performs is far more appropriate than eye-rolling and muttering. For context, my disability isn’t related to vision or hearing, and I could clearly hear everything being said, which was completely unprofessional.

Because of this, I decided to purchase just one item and sit outside in the freezing cold. My husband and I both discussed how uncomfortable your staff made us feel.

Ultimately, this experience ruined our visit, and I would not recommend supporting this small business based on the personal, insensitive, and ableist comments I overheard from your staff.
