I love this mcdonalds Patricia is a great manager! she always goes above and beyond!! Restrooms are always clean and the kids play place is pretty cool the kids love it and go crazy. And the 2 touchscreen table games are fun too. The food is always hot and fresh! Soda nice and carbonated. Would definitely reccomend!

The sandwiches here are poorly made. I got half a cheese on my Filet-O-Fish. Like, really? I also wanted to try a spicy chicken sandwich and it came inside a bag soggy and smothered in spicy sauce. The place is not clean, staffs are not welcoming. My favorite Mango pineapple smoothie from McDonalds does not taste the same here. It was watered down, no crushed ice and I could barely taste mango in the smoothie, no hint of pineapple at all. If you are planning to spend a good amount of money for lunch here, don’t. You could eat way better for the same price down the street at ChickFilA. I wish I had taken picture of how I got my sandwich.

Went through the drive-thru twice and both times nobody said to pull up and forgot I was there. Then when I got one of my orders the fries were basically half empty. Was not pleased and I come to this McDonald’s a lot and lately the service has been going downhill quite a bit. Got a iced coffee and it was more milk than anything

I visit here frequently and I most say, bravo to the folks running this location. For a McDonald’s inside of Walmart, they are super fast. Placed my online pickup order and I only waited 2 mins for it to be bagged and handed to me. With only a 45 min lunch, this is truly a way to maximize my time. Thanks to the crew here. Oh and my quarter pounder was not sloppily thrown together either! My fries did have a few brown options but nothing to be upset about.

I received the wrong order. I called and spoke to a manager Brad the next day because they don’t answer the phone. He said he would refund me. I told him when I was coming to store and he gave me another manager name that would help me. I went to store with receipt for refund. The manager on duty stated she didn’t know anything and that Brad didn’t tell her. I waited for her to call Brad to verify the refund. After 20 minutes I asked her if she spoke to him and she said he didn’t tell her the details only that he spoke to a woman about a refund. When I gave her the receipt she said she will replace food and I explained I had orders for 3 people on receipt and it’s only me and cannot eat all the food. She refused to give me r even though Brad said I could get refund. The woman said to come back when he’s there bec wasn’t there when it happened. I have called multiple times and cannot get them to answer phone. This is 4th time I had issues with this restaurant. Either the food is stale, order is wrong, or customer service. They are always running out of items, giving me the wrong sandwich. If I don’t look in my bag I go home with wrong food. I paid $15 for food I didn’t receive and no one wants to refund it knowing I didn’t get it.

The lady that asked me to pay $0.27 for a plastic fork needs to lose her job. What a horrible human being. If this is McDonald’s policy please let me know so I never eat at one again. Wendy’s is better in every way I just go to McDonald’s because it’s closer to me. This place blows.
