Some of the best subs we have had! Dave got the chicken parm the first time and the pizza the second time and loved both. I got the club heated and it was amazing! Nice Smoky flavor to the ham. We will definitely return if in the area!

I would give 0 stars and a -10 for attitude… Don’t lie about online orders being the reason why everyone that came in after me got their orders 1st… my sandwiches were laying there wrapped and tagged, and you never dropped the fries until I asked about my order. Then you got an attitude and refused to refund the cost of the fries when I didn’t want to wait (while my sandwiches got cold). Have the day you deserve…we won’t be back… the food was dried out anything.

No hair nets or gloves prepping the food. Broom and full dustpan in the middle of the kitchen. Couldn’t sit at tables due to chemicals left on tables. Watch nose rings dangling and flopping around while prepping the food.

I go here on a regular basis, food is always delicious. The only issue I run into sometimes is when I ask for no cheese, they put cheese or I’ll ask for mushrooms and banana peppers and not get them. It’s happened a couple of times out of 100.
Overall experience is good, employees are usually friendly.

Love the food, but not the service. Be sure to eat at the store and avoid DoorDash. If they mess up the order, they will be of zero assistance. When I called regarding missing food, I was told I had to contact DoorDash for a refund. When I said that I didn’t want a refund, I still wanted the missing food, I was told that I used a 3rd party vendor and that, “it’s out of our hands, there’s nothing we can do, we don’t have a driver to bring the food and once it leaves our store, you have to use the 3rd party for a refund”. I told her the 3rd party didn’t forget to put the food in the bag and other restaurants will assist with correcting the error. She let me know that they do not do that and to have a nice day. Our order was over $150. We won’t make the mistake of ordering lunch from Penn Station again.

Spent 41.00 for a carry out …. Employees messed up and brought sandwiches and fries on a try like I was eating there. I clearly stated to go. The employee sat food on the table and stated he couldn’t take it back. So he went and laid 3 papers for us to wrap our own sandwiches and a cup for our medium fry and large fry. Needless to say our sandwiches were a mess time we got home. I would of thought he would of rolled our sandwiches like he is trained to do so. My first time trying this restaurant and will be my last.

My son and I had lunch here yesterday, service was great. He had a Italian wrap, I had a teriyaki chicken and we shared a large fry. He loved the wrap! Mine was a bit dry, but the fries were phenomenal! The only reason I gave 3 instead of 4 or even 5 is, every table was super sticky to the touch and they were out of ice for soft drinks.

My first time trying Penn Station East Coast Subs today! Everyone was so nice and took the extra time to explain the menu to me. I am a Reuben lover and theirs was the best I’ve had in a while! Their fries are really good too. I ended up adding one of their chocolate chunk cookies also (amazingly soft and yummy)! Thank you all again (CR 6 Elkhart, IN) for making dinner so delicious and easy for me tonight!

Being in Elkhart, you don’t have a lot of options for a steak sandwich. This one is one of the better ones. Far from perfect, but at least the fries are fresh and the sandwich is hot.

So I went to pick up dinner here tonight, and when we walked in seemed OK at first but after ordering noticed that employees were very unprofessional. Guy was yelling and talking about how he hates the cash register, no one was wearing hair nets or gloves. And surprise surprise get home and find hair in my sandwich, meat seems under cooked. So gross and disgusting. Don’t recommend going here at all. Spent close to 40 bucks and couldn’t even eat what we paid for. Will also be reaching out to corporate about this.
