Dunkin Donuts at 9732 North Kendall Drive is the kind of place that restores your faith in customer service. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and the kind of attention that makes you feel like family. Edward the manager and the entire team go above and beyond every visit is personal, friendly, and consistent.
The food and drinks are always fresh. Their iced coffee is perfection, the iced chai latte is amazing, and their lattes, teas, and cold brews are spot on. You’ll find delicious donuts, egg bites, croissant sandwiches, hash browns, and even Dunkin’ coffee for home. Coffee lovers don’t miss their beautiful coffee cups.
The store is clean, welcoming, and full of heart. In a busy world, it’s rare to find a place where people truly care, but this Dunkin’ is one of them. If you’re in the Kendall area, stop by you’ll leave with great coffee and an even better mood.

Terrible place to have breakfast. The service sucks is super dirty. The hashbrowns they were sitting outside. I don’t know how long and then she told me they were gonna come from the kitchen, and I saw them sitting there right where the Lady was working, and then she just heated it up, which I didn’t eat them, of course cause I don’t know how long they’re sitting out there. Terrible. Terrible terrible.

I visited this location on 10/23 and noticed they closed earlier than stated on Google hours and door hours. They closed at 7:00 pm and there were two customers that arrived a few minutes after, they kept looking at the business hours on the door (8pm).
I had a bagel and it was so burned that made it really hard to chew. I won’t be returning to this location.

I loved this location of DD and it was perfect because it was on our way to UM.
We had breakfast here and a coffee latte.
The coffee was too strong for my taste but that breakfast bowl with chorizo, peppers, and onions was amazing. We liked it so much.
They have seating area inside with free wi-fi and great service.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience today at this location was extremely disappointing. I was given a hot drink after clearly requesting it cold. When I politely asked for the correction, the drive-thru employee seemed visibly irritated. After receiving the correct drink, I asked if she could throw away the empty cup (since I had poured the drink into my own mug), and she responded sarcastically, asking if I was serious—then abruptly shut the drive-thru window.
At that point, I decided to leave and honestly have no intention of returning, even though this has been my go-to location for years.
To the manager reading this: I strongly urge you to invest in better training and customer service. Employees should never be rude or dismissive, especially when addressing a simple customer request. Respect and courtesy go a long way in creating a positive experience.

Update: please do not post that you open at 5am when you pick and choose which days you open a 5am. I have been there multiple times around 5:45 and the lights are off. please update to show correct opening times so i could go somewhere else instead of wasting time waiting for the door to open.
