Upon picking up my order, I was told that my pizza had just come out of the oven hot and was just sliced as if they knew that I was going to have the best fast food pizza of my life. They were right. It was so perfect that I took a picture and then immediately devoured the whole thing.

Vivian burnt my pizza. Maybe if her and the female she was working with was paying more attention to their customers and the pizza cooking, it wouldn’t have been. Their customer service skills are horrible. I walk in, the one girl walks to the counter and then walk off. She then stands there and holds a conversation with the other worker like I’m not standing there. Then she finally ask me how can she help me, but before I can answer, she starts the conversation up again with the other girl. I had to wait until the older gentleman came from the back to get some customer service skills. And the pizza was cold.
Update: so Lacey just called me about this review. She wasn’t really trying to rectify the situation, she was too busy trying to say she spoke when I walked in. Then she wanted to out talk me. Don’t call my phone unless you are trying to get honest feedback.

Problems with proofing the dough made my pan pizza with inedible crust. Misshapen pizzas. No accountability when I make my problems known. No offer to make it right. Trash. You lost my business. Pizza Hut makes a far better pizza.

Ordered carside delivery 10/19/25. It took over 20 minutes after the estimated time it was done. I went in and asked the old man how much longer it would be and he got an attitude with me and told me I didnt check in when I did. Very unpleasant person.

Not a good experience. The app told me my order was ready but when I got to the store it wasn’t. Not even close. The pizza was just coming out along with the cheese dip. The garlic twists weren’t in the oven yet. Ok, I’m patient, I can wait. And I waited, and waited, and waited…you get the idea. 15 minutes after my pizza and dip came out the twists arrived. I got my food along with apologies and I left. I live maybe 5 minutes from the store, by the time I got home the cheese dip was cold and hard. It wasn’t a dip. It could be shredded. I know, pop it in the oven, heat it up. No, it should be hot. Pro tip, if it gets cold at the restaurant, give them a new one. Probably won’t go back. And one other thing, I don’t need to hear your personal stuff while I’m waiting on my pizza. Do better.
