I was a frequent customer and often got really good subs from this place around when it opened. The portions were fair and the staff are really nice. However, my experiences with the store have diminished significantly. I order the Turkey Club almost every week, and this is the amount of turkey I got tonight (I spent $20 for this). I brought this up to the manager and he was kind enough to have some more turkey cut for me, but had I walked out the store and not checked the sandwich, I would’ve been completely ripped off. It’ll be a long time before I consider returning. Really disappointed.

Had a giant 9 mikes way no bacon, it was delicious with lays chips, and I love the side of pickles. I did use a coupon I was given for $2 off, which was even better.

First time today at this store, I think they opened in few months ago. Lured in for the the Hot Italian. Go with the Rosemary Parm bread not the white. This was awesome sandwich.

Right now I’m in the store representing a customer who ordered through the app, but the manager wouldn’t let me use the restroom… How sad!
I won’t be back as a customer, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this kind of treatment to anyone.

This was my first time at this Jersey Mike’s location. My son and I decided to stop in for a quick dinner. The staff were friendly so no issues there. I was ready to give five stars off the customer service alone. Unfortunately when I got home my son’s order was missing cheese and onions (which I made sure to confirm that was in his order before the sandwich was made and confirmed it when I was leaving and was told yes.)and my sandwich was drenched in oil to the point that the bottom part of the bread was soggy. So my son didn’t get what he wanted and I threw out part of my sandwich… definitely not what I expected or paid for.

The two workers at this Jersey Mike’s location are absolutely deserve recognition. I believe one of their names is Dairyan (sorry if I misspelled it!), and the other was the amazing employee with the red hair. They didn’t have name tags, but their service stood out immediately.
While I was waiting for my food, I watched them interact with several customers, and their customer service was truly top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about every person who walked in. It was honestly impressive , you just don’t see that kind of service much anymore.
They definitely deserve to know how appreciated they are. Keep up the amazing work!

At first glance, walking into Jersey Mikes felt very skeptical. I had heard that they hired many high schoolers at this location, and was scared I wouldn’t receive the quality service every customer deserves. However, when I walked into the store, the youthful nature of the high school crew made me feel included and welcomed into the Jersey Mikes store! They are so polite, and have the utmost class. They got my order perfect, and my sub was delicious. Absolute stellar production happening at this Jersey Mikes.

Placed an order for pickup, checked in to ask about my order at around the pickup time, to which the employee responded it wasn’t ready yet. Sat around for 30mins only to realize the order had been prepared and sat cold for who knows how long. All while the place filled up with disgruntled customers awaiting their own pickup orders, all vying for the attention of any of the 6 employees behind the counter, all of whom couldn’t care less. There were legitimately 8+ customers crowding the register. Didn’t see a single employee calling out names when orders were ready; instead they just kept silently adding them to the pile behind the counter with zero urgency. Nobody seemed to be in charge of anything.
Embarrassingly poor service for a Mike’s. I’ll see yall at the Subway across the street—half the price and somehow still better service.

Already gone downhill from when it recently opened. Portions got smaller and the quality seemed to drop a bit too.
The worst part is how understaffed they’ve become. Online orders say they’ll take 15 minutes, but consistently my orders (for a single hot sub) take closer to 30 minutes. Delivery drivers also are told to pass off orders because they’re too slammed.
If you’re down to wait a half hour for a mid steak and cheese, this is your spot.

The store is new to area, decided to try it out. I love Jersey Mike’s, but this was first time in this store. The crew was awesome – the store was super clean and the #8, #13 and #55 were delicious! We were a happy crew and we will be regulars.
