Ordered online and had to alter my order. Called the Lynn Ave location and spoke to Raven (?). Explained how I wanted my sandwich made and it arrived perfectly. I often drive through this location and I’ve yet to have a less than perfect experience! Kudos to the staff at Arby’s!!!!!

I waited over 15 minutes for my food and then was only brought out half, had to go in and was asked to show my receipt, came back in with my receipt and got my food. Drive all the way home and THIS is what they call a buffalo chicken slider. Also the box it was in was DISGUSTING, like it had been sitting there for hours. Couldnt even eat it. What a waste of money.

I like Arby’s I’ll start with that however this particular location took them 25 minutes to get us our food and then the person who took our order then insisted on coming out to the dining room and butting into our conversation.
He was nice but that’s incredibly rude the overall staff left much to be desired our fries were overcooked my Max beef sandwich had the same amount as a regular roast beef and the cheese sticks were cold so unfortunately I will not be returning to this location

Arby’s is Arby’s. You have an idea of what to expect. I haven’t gone here a ton, but the times I’ve swung by have left me in an interesting afterglow of satisfied but unimpressed.
The food isn’t awful, usually. It’s fine. You can tell it’s standard chain restaurant frozen fair, but the preparation is often fine, and there’s flavor to most of the things on the menu.
The staff seem hit or miss. I’ve interacted with some incredibly nice people in here, and others seem very disinterested in talking to or interacting with customers, and I feel like a burden for just ordering some chicken tenders. That being said, they’ve never been overtly rude or aggressive, which is good.
Arby’s as a chain has gotten slowly more expensive over time, to the point where some of our little local Oxford eateries are honestly cheaper half the time.
I don’t recommend going here, but it would be very dishonest to leave a scathingly-negative review. (given my experiences)

As an aside, I also currently work in fast food. I sincerely doubt any of this is the management or employees’ fault, and moreso the direction the chain is going. These people have to deal with a lot, and I don’t blame them, even if I can’t recommend the place.

Of course, it’s fast food, not fine dining. Nevertheless, the selections are nice, and the specials are very affordable. We had four regular Arby’s roast beef and two free senior drinks for just under $13.00. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

They do ok. It just upsets me that they constantly pull 2 or 3 cars ahead of the window to fix their times so corporate thinks they’re giving fast service. If it was just one and you had to only pull ahead that’s fine. But they’re asking people to go park while 2 other cars are waiting in front of you. And then you gotta back out off a spot when they run it out side which takes longer than if they just gave it to you at the window.

I’d probably put 0 stars if I could. There were multiple people in the store & they were trying to early close which I know from working in food service is a huge no no. My DoorDash order was on their screen for almost 13 minutes & was not made. I was completely ignored in the drive thru & at the window. I went inside & was ignored. As they were finally making the order the whole time the was inappropriate language & a whole attitude. I feel sorry for the one short blonde woman as she was doing most of the work while everyone else just screwed around doing nothing. Will not be returning here as I have to explain to my customer why her order is so late. Will be encouraging her to place a review as well. She ordered one item, mozzarella sticks. It isn’t that hard to make a 3 minute food item & bag it.

Food always seems good. Best quality foods in a fast food style restaurant. The service at this location always has suffered. They are friendly just very very slow. Expect 10 minutes before you get food, eat in or drive through. Very pricey for fast food as well but what isn’t expensive in 2023.
