Ordered on the app at 8:21 pm. Pizza didn’t get delivered till 10:18 pm. According to the tracker it sat in “checking quality” from 9:04 pm till 9:53 pm. Almost 2 hours for the delivery and it wasnt even right or cut. Thats real bad customer service. Hopefully if you have to order it I would choose a different store. You may have to snack before your pizza gets to you. I tried to reach out via customer service AND calling the store to get help and I got AI and offered 20% of my next order. That doesn’t cut it. Never again dominoes.

Only reason I did not give a full 5 starz is because I noticed that when I order a create Your Own pizza they skimp on the toppings. Barely any toppings 3 times I orderd build your own pizza. Although one time I ordered a specialty pizza and that one was packed with ingredients.

I would give them 0 stars, but it is not an option. Placed order, and said it was was ready in a timely manner. However their AI said it had been sitting waiting for driver for almost 45 minutes. No one answers the phone the stores BS AI can only send you to the store that won’t answer the phone. Don’t know if food was good never got it.

People say this is a bad dominoes but the are extremely impatient people, I’ve watched the workers have 65 pizzas to cook.
THIS IS THE BEST DOMINOES. I order almost everyday, they make it perfectly every time, the people behind the counter are always friendly and they do their job well.
This is a great store, take it from a daily customer and make sure to have some mercy and patience for making the food we so lazily order.

Worst domino location ever!!! I order my pizza online and paid 5:55pm Took me 14 min to get here. Once I arrived and selected I’m here, I received the alert that they put my pizza in the oven. Worst wait time. Next time I will drive a little out of my way to order from the J street Dominos location. 6:25 got my pizza one wasn’t made right.

Worst dominos experience ever. Ordered on the app like i have at so many other locations. Estimated time for ready was a bit longer than average maybe 25 min. Well let’s just say that was grossly underestimated. At 45 min pizza was still in prep mode. We went into the lobby and it was a mad house. So many customers waiting and upset about wait times. Staff seemed nice but overwhelmed. App still showed estimated time as a few min. We finally threw in the towel and just left with plan to return later. Took over an additional hour after we left. Also the area is significantly run down seems at least in part due to a dispensary and a liquor store. Lots of sketchy characters in the parking lot, but maybe they were like us and waiting 2 hrs for pizza. Also calling was no help at all.

Usually this place is good but I’m sick today and been waiting 90 minutes for my delivery and still counting. Was on the phone for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up before I hung up. Wanted to cancel my order but I can’t even do that.

Dog food looks better! Worst pizza ever! Whoever owns this store should be ashamed and I’m sure loosing money this was beyond bad pizza. Came cold barely any ingredients and the box was smashed. Taste horrible. App said delivered for 15 min before my pizza got to me. Worst pizza I ever had never will I order from them. Better to by a frozen pizza from the store

I was staying at a hotel on Saturday night that did not have alot of options for take out in the area so I had good experiences ordering Domino’s in the past and made the mistake of ordering dinner for my family. I figured it would take a little longer then normal due to it being Sat night after 8pm, however it took over hour and half for the food to be delivered and that was after I called store to check if maybe there was a mistake with my order. That would have been acceptable if the food was up to par, but that was not the case at all! It was terrible, the pasta dish was supposed to be just regular marina, it was some cold red sauce with thick chunks of bell pepper and the taste was literally unbearable. The bread on the sandwiches was rock hard, and the cheese and meat was burnt and tasted stale and dry. This was the worst delivery food I have ever experienced.

I ordered my pizza around 8:30-8:57 pm and it came around 11-11:25 pm it took almost 3 hours for them to deliver pizza and when I got it, it was cold and I called them 3 times the first call was alright but the second nobody answered and the 3rd was alright
