Long wait times, constant wrong orders, hot drinks that are delivered cold as ice, and the workers look like they have no idea what they are doing.
Advice for management: step it up, hire competent people, pay more if you have to. I’d gladly pay a little bit more for actually good service. Otherwise, there’s no point coming back here.
**10/17/25 Update** Its’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from this stores management, I’m still awaiting feedback from corporate who started a case#, and haven’t been refunded my money from the initial order I never received.
I realize how much money I give Dunkin’ Donuts and they keep screwing me over. Deleted the app, avoiding all Dunkin’ Donuts. Going to McDonald’s get my dollar iced coffee – to get fast and correct order! Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to get a coffee
There were a bunch of kids that looked like they were no more than 16.
They were oblivious that there were customers.
The place was trashed and NASTY!
Everything you can imagine was all over the floor.
All the tables were filthy.
If I had of known before I ordered our ice cream I would have turned around and left!
The first thing I did notice was the freezer part where you pick your ice cream.
It was completely frosted over around the edges.
I got a regular cone with butter pecan.
Since for some reason they didn’t have your basic chocolate !
When I got to my cone…omg! It was STALE!
I walked to the counter and when someone finally acknowledged my presence, I let the girl know the cones were stale for their future customers.
She pointed to some and said “These ones or these ones “?
I’m disturbed at the grammar.
I pointed to the correct cones.
She said “okay” and walked off.
That’s it!
Didn’t remove them and no apology!
My daughter got avocado toast from Dunkin and it was basically a cold piece of bread with a tiny bit of avocado .
It was also handed to her in a box with avocado smeared all over the top.
There was 4 teenagers working and it wasn’t busy.
They were all huddled in a corner doing NOTHING!
DO NOT RECOMMEND
UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE FUNK!
WILL NOT GO BACK!
In regard to the food, I asked for an iced mocha and was told the coffee is plain but cream and sugar packets could be added to it. A few of the ice creams in the cooler have visible freezer burn, which we should have taken as a warning sign. One of our boys chose the chocolate ice cream, in which we found fuzz and hair.
The location itself is well lit with a clean appearance, at first glance. When looking for a table, though, we noticed the tables all needed cleaning and the floor needed to be swept.
It may have been an off day, but it was not the best impression.
