The Indian ladies here never smile and always have attitudes. I’m a waitress so I work in the restaurant industry, and you will never attract more customers with poor customer service. The food quality is amazing! But they need to fire their current staff and bring in people who will have pleasant attitudes and make the environment a welcoming place. Otherwise this location will decline. I’ve had never experienced such hostility at any other location except this one.

Horrible experience at the Ooltewah location today! We placed a door dash order and purchased 2 chicken an rice bowls , mind you we didn’t have the option at checkout to select rice as a option bc it comes in the bowl. I called to let them know and they were very very rude! Worst 30$. If I could give them zero stars I would 🙂

I work at chipotle so thought I’d try this place and compare. First off the food was amazing, but not as spicy as chipotle. The chicken wasn’t as good and there was a bone in one of the pieces. The queso was better here and not spicy at all which is fine to me. They have a thing Monday’s where you can get an entree for $5.95, and I think chips and a drink are included in the meal which is definitely a plus. The music here is much more tolerable than at chipotle, I would actually call it music. My only complaint is the employees. They’re not very friendly and don’t look very presentable. I was sitting down eating and could here a couple of them getting a drink in the lobby and complaining about customers they had today. I could hear them clearly from across the restaurant! The tray they put our food on was also dirty and had food on it. They don’t seem to take customer service and cleanliness as serious as chipotle. But the food is excellent

Not my usual Dos Bros… Food was good, I think maybe less topping options but still very good. It was clean but the table I sat at had a wobbly top so I had to move. I thought chips and salsa were free with the meal, maybe that has changed or might just be this location. My meal was a bit more expensive because of that. Everyone reviewing about staff not speaking English must not have ever been out of their sheltered hometowns. Staff had accents but spoke perfectly understandable English.

The food here is delicious! Portions are large and the queso is top notch. If you try and stay away from carbs, they offer bowl options which are terrific. Great flavor to the meats and the veggies are always fresh. The only downside to this place is that the parking can be a bit troubling. The lot is not very big and there are other establishments in the same center.

If no stars available they’d get that. Staff needs to change attitudes. Store needs to be stocked and cleaned. They made one of our orders wrong than tried to scoop it off. Also charged us $11 for a quesadilla with guac except there was no quad when we brought it up to their attention they did not care charged for things we don’t ask for or receive. Ask for a manager and thete isnt one. Not worth coming here. Save your money go somewhere else.

I ordered from here on Jan. 23rd for my lunch break. The employee taking my order had the attitude of acting like she wanted nothing to do with me, but the unkind welcome was the least of my problems. I took it back to work and ate only a few bites before noticing it had an off taste. The rice was under seasoned along with the steak having a strange after taste. I stopped eating. About a hour later I was sick in the bathroom throwing up, i had to leave work. I called earlier 5:10pm on Jan. 24 that I got food poisoning and would like a refund, and that I even still had the food to bring in to prove I wasn’t trying to scam them. She told me there was no manager and hung up the phone on me. This is a restaurant I won’t be returning to. Horrible customer service, food, and attitudes.

I’m sure all of our food was fantastic. Altho I want feeling well and we just sat outside at one of the tables. We ate and left, about an hour up the interstate we stopped at a rest area where I needed my cane. Unfortunately I left it on the patio at the restaurant. Realizing that my daughter called the restaurant and told them the situation and asked if they would check and see if it was still there. Thankfully it was. Unfortunately when we asked if we paid for UPS would they take it so I could get my cane back. They said no! I was so devastated because it had been a gift from my daughter and it was from Ireland. They still said they would hold onto it for a few days but that was it. I’m sorry but we were on our way back from a funeral and we didn’t have time to turn around and go back. I hope someone feels really good about themselves. Just wish I could have gotten it back. I will miss it.
