I visited years ago with my son and we both enjoyed our pizza . I’m not a big fan of pizza anymore but my kids are! I visited again with my daughter and she devoured her slice of cheese pizza!
Service was great ! The differences between the Sal’s in Derry and Hooksett are that though Derry has its own building, larger menu, looks more modern and has a ♻️ recycle bin, Sal’s in Derry is not kept very clean, has less seating and tighter parking ️ than Hooksett.
The only disappointment my daughter had was the “Pizza Elmo” on the counter didn’t work! She tried the button multiple times but,”Nope!”, Elmo and the pizza wouldn’t sing. Either it doesn’t work or the staff are tired of listening to it.
I recommend this Sal’s Pizza franchise. Check first if they accept rewards or deals from the Sal’s app.

Sal’s is my go-to for local pizza. The food is always delicious and fresh. The slices are huge. They have a great drink selection and a great selection of free seasonings for your slices, such as pepper flakes, oregano, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese. The staff is always super friendly, and the restaurant is always clean

I ordered extra large pizza with mushroom and buffalo grilled chicken and another with mushroom and steak. Well, the mushroom with buffalo chicken had no pizza sauce except for this spicy sauce that was squeezed on top of it and it was not good at all. Too hot and spicy. I wanted buffalo grilled chicken meat not buffalo sauce on top of everything. The steak didn’t taste like steak… I don’t know if meat was old or junk. I won’t be ordering again.

Stopped here for lunch while driving through and was extremely happy we did! Staff was super friendly, helpful, and made some delicious suggestions. A slice of pizza here is a quarter of a pie. Got a “slice” of buffalo chicken and a “slice” of mushroom ricotta with spinach. Both were great!

Ive been going to Sal’s for over 20 years now. I have 2 sons and my youngest who’s 12 got his first experience of a Sals single slice of pizza looks like (1/4 of a pizza). Besides the size of slice his favorite thing by far was the crust and how soft it was. Nice to have 2 generations of children to share a place with.

Traveling through the area on business. Looked up several pizza places and decided to try Sal’s. I lost. Painfully average pizza and service. The empty interior at lunch time should have been an indicator. And to add insult to injury they only sell their slices by the quarter, meaning if you want 2 different topped slices, you have to buy 4 slices. So this is probably one of the most ridiculous business decisions I have heard of, so bad I am not even curious why. Prices are very good however.

Was visiting from out of town and loved Sal’s so much we went to two locations! The pizza was absolutely perfect. As a NYer….It’s all about the crust… and they have it! It’s crispy and chewy. It is everything it should be for exceptional pizza.
I wish I could pick up one of their locations and bring them down to NC.
The staff at both locations was so friendly and funny. Sad we only got to go twice, hahahaha!

Excellent as always, no matter which Sal’s you go to. Their portions are HUGE, their prices affordable. Regardless of the cut lines, the photo shows just TWO pieces. HUGE!!
