Some pizzas are not available on the website. You have to call to get the gluten-free pizza. Their gluten-free pizza is pretty great and is reliably ACTUALLY gluten-free for those of us that can’t have wheat/gluten. I just wish it didnt take 1-2 hours past the 45 minutes Im told for it to be delivered.

Today jets welcomed my order for delivery at 530 pm, as usual said about 40 minutes to 1.5 which is typical and I was patient for. As 6:45 came around I gave a call and they said they were running behind and couldn’t update delivery status, said my order was coming out of the oven and will be on the way……at 730 I called again and was told they were very behind, couldn’t update the delivery status and my order was just coming out of the oven.
I feel that it is ridiculous to have to pay for pizzas that were requested for dinner between 6 and 7 pm. Jets is already a long wait time let alone an extra hr to hr and a half.
Being 2 hrs behind at 530 and still taking orders without updating customers that have already ordered is very unprofessional.
Although,Nicole the manager was polite.

I have never experienced as poor of customer service as I have from this establishment. I ordered and was told 45 minutes. I waited an hour before calling to ask the status. When I called the lady answered “hello?” I asked if this was Jets and she said “uhhh yeah…” I was yelled and and treated so poorly for asking them to call the driver to get an estimated time since my toddler was crying because she was starving. I was told they would not do that and that I was wasting their time. They cancelled my order without warning and without telling me and we never got our pizza. I was told by the general manager, Nicole that she doesn’t care and she called me a liar when I said we were told 45 minutes. I will never, ever order from this location ever again. I’ve received poor customer service before but never to this extent. I went to Hungry Howies and they had my pizza ready in 15 minutes and the staff was so very friendly.

The slices were SO hot and tasty (as always). Haven’t ever ordered at this location but the book was great, bringing the slices to me immediately so they were hot and yummy. I didn’t know there was a lunch combo of 2 slices and a beverage. Price was comparable to Little Ceasars but so much more delicious

Ordered a deep dish cheese pizza, and Jet’s Cheese Sticks @ 2:37PM. Called at 3:30, they said my projected time was 4:07 (on the app it said 3:36). Waited, nothing. Called them back at 4:37, two hours after initially ordering. From the sounds of it, they didn’t even start my order. Thankfully they refunded me, but it didn’t seem like they really cared. Didn’t get a single apology. The lady who first answered the phone was rather rude.

Not sure if the employees there were new but nobody seemed to know what they were doing. The manager had to call someone else for a question. I work in a retail and customer service based job so I know about wait times and things that are out of the employee’s hands but that was terrible service all around won’t be back. Also waited for more than 40 minutes for no pizza to be made!

Man, I want to love this place. I love Jets pizza! And the customer service on my last visit was great, but I have yet to receive a correct order from this particular location. I’ll keep trying guys! The interior of the store could use a deep clean.

Had a saddening and rude experience with the apparent manager, Brandon. Pizza is normally good here but I was dissatisfied with the uncooked..gross looking one I payed for. I called asked for it to be remade and got a very unsettling rude response… went in for a refund and he just kinda stared me and my mother intimidatingly as we were trying to tell him why it wasn’t satisfactory? The guy just made me uncomfortable I hope he isn’t like that with every criticism he receives with a poor quality product.
