Po boy, chicken sausage gumbo, seafood gumbo were amazing. The fried catfish was sooooo goood!!!! Definitely a great pick for dinner. They were super friendly and held the door open for me on my way out!

Shrimp and catfish were fresh and cooked to perfection! The shrimp poboy was loaded with shrimp and the fried okra was excellent. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

1st time here. Staff was wonderful n very polite. I had the fried shrimp, fried oyster and seared scallops. I was not surprised at all. It was delicious. I will be back. I’m working here from out of town n will be here a few more months. Will recommend to my coworkers. I always look fir that diamond in the ruff restaurant, when working away from home. I think I found it.

Food was pretty good. Fries need to be fried longer. Catfish was good. No hush puppies available. Cole slaw was tangy which went well with the catfish. My husband got his food, then about 5 minutes later another table got their food, I had to ask for mine. They comped my food, which I offered to pay since I received it, but they insisted to remove it from the bill. They are working out kinks and only had one waitress. We’ll give them another try. There are casino machines inside which I think is weird.

Fried oysters were not cooked grease wasn’t hot enough when fried French fries half cooked. Okra still frozen inside on some. No seasoning on French fries,okra, fried shrimp or oysters . Everything was very bland. We went because our friends told us their food was good. Maybe the cook? But waiter was really good!!

Hidden gem. The Gumbo is just as good as the Gumbo in New Orleans. Fish is fresh and can tell its never been frozen. Wasn’t sure about it at first but sure glad we gave it a shot. This is our new favorite seafood restaurant.

The oyster pontchartrain was amazing! The boiled shrimp is the absolute best and you can’t go wrong with fried shrimp and oysters. The owner is so nice and welcoming. We always enjoy our meals!
