I order a bowl and a 12 piece cheese Rangoons for my little sister and I. There was only 2 PIECES in the small bags,you can see it in the sticker and the size of the bag. To add to this, the rice of my bowl was dry and quite hard. I used to love this place, sad ending.

Pretty much the same service and quality as always, the food is edible the server attentive, and it’s generally clean and well run. I can’t give it a 5 star rating like I would a regular sit down to order restaraunt….PE is good at what it does and gets credit for consistancy of food and service. This location was as good or better than any PE I’ve been to.

I ordered a dozen spring rolls and specifically added sweet and sour sauce, but apparently that was optional 🙂 so now I’m eating dry spring rolls. To top it off, the entrée is completely wrong, which I only discovered after opening my meal. Great experience.

App notified me to be there for pick up at 6:00pm. I arrived on time, told them I was here for pick up and my name only to be ignored for 30 whole minutes. I went to ask an update on my order twice and was ignored both times. I get home and the food is scraps from the bottom of a batch and they didn’t even get me silverware. Never returning this location and maybe never going to a panda express again.

I would not recommend this location. I had raw Almond Chicken and the Angus steak was disgusting as well(not seasoned, just like water down steak, if you can imagine that).Chow Mein was overcooked and they forgot sweet and sour sauce with my order if spring rolls. Never setting foot in this location again.

I was picking up a delivery here and Angie was extremely busy. I had to wait several minutes (not her fault) but she went well over the top for courtesy, friendliness, and concern for me and the customer I was delivering to. Way to go Angie!!!

Drove out all this way for food and ordered the 3 entree meal. Get all the way home and only had 2. They weren’t even busy when I ordered and was even asked to wait up front for my order cause they didn’t have the food ready. How does this even happen? They had plenty of time to check the order before handing it to me. And yes they did charge me for it. Also, that AI ordering system they have now is annoying. It kept messing up my order.

If you order a large entree they put the meat 60- 65% inside that box, particularly if the server is Lainy. The portions are way too small. The wait is long and the outcome of unsatisfying portions for the price you paid for. I dont recommend this store
