I chose the Derive burger, a juicy smashburger (brioche bun, American cheese, lettuce, mayo sauce, $15 with fries) and was paired with the Azog ($9, imperial stout 12% ABV collaborated with Fabled Brewing in KY). The taste of the burger was succulent and harmonious, pairing quite well with the very pastachio-like finish of the stout. Overall, this combo was quite the winner on satiation.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and top-notch beer and food. We’ll definitely be back!
The food is just as impressive with burgers, pizzas, and fun/unique kitchen specials. It’s not just “good for a brewery” food — it’s genuinely great on its own.
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. They are all welcoming and ensure you have a great experience.
Service and place was nice. Plenty of seating. They gave me paper menu since I don’t really do the whole scanning menu thing. Service was quick and very courteous. Good work. I like to sit at the tree, which doesn’t have a lot of room as far as maybe eating a pizza, but is my favorite spot
Food:
Cheese curds are generally good and come with a tangy dipping sauce. Veggie burger and fries taste was very good. I think the portion size was a little small for the price point, but with the cheese curd, I was full.
Brews:
The sours (all 3 except horchata) were absolutely gorgeous. I just tasted the peach, though, as it has lactose, which, for some reason, always gives me stomach pain. But the taste was phenomenal on that, and I highly recommend. The pumpkin pie is on oar with Prairies pumpkin pie treat (even better considering the price point, locally made, and the spices). The horchata didn’t read as much horchata to me as it did cream soda flavoring, but it was still good.
Bought some to-go pumpkin sours!
I am not a beer drinker, but my spiced rum and coke was really good!
