I couldn’t wait to try there steak bites they look really good on the menu lol what i got was burnt bites of beef jerky and the Mac and cheese looked like it had been in a warmer for hours. Very dry. Disappointing

Fish sandwich was excellent! Lady working the drive thru on the other hand had 0 personality and just handed my bag out the window with no communication and closed the window. Needed some Arby’s sauce and had to flag her to respond. Only needed a couple and she handed me a handful. 2/13/26 @ 4pm.

I spent $18.77 to only not have most of my things I order in stock and not to tell me they substituted 1 of the things for something totally different and to tell me they can’t give me a refund I have to call corporate so I did the same night and I had to put in a request they have not got back to me yet it’s been 3 days I want my money back please I didn’t even eat the food tossed it so please get back to me thank you.

Terrible service all around spent almost $20 just for them to one not have a working ice cream machine which there should be a thing in place to where you shouldn’t be able to order it if they dont have it in stock 2 we order a 6 piece mozzarella stick and they didn’t even give us that nor did they inform us that they were out of stock of that either so they just gave us a random thing also the large fries were half assed too overall we’ll never be eating here again I’d rate this place 0 stars if I could

The meat is too thick and the texture is just not good. These type of sandwiches the meat should be paper thin and have moisture. Also the fries are just not edible. You get old old fries. We had to throw them away.

I ordered from app didn’t receive apple and cherry turn overs because they didn’t have anymore made. Wasn’t told they didn’t have any upon arrival didn’t know until I got home and seen they weren’t in the bag. Also location ran out of lettuce, this was also something the store decided not to mention when I got there so I didn’t have lettuce on my gyro or either of my chicken sandwiches. They also decided to try to stuff one bag with my whole order and my order clearly needed two bags to neatly pack my order. They put my sliders at the bottom of the bag, sliders completely smushed. Chicken sandwiches were wrapped terribly. There was no effort or care but into preparing or serving me my order and no way to report these issues with my order on the app. I’m very disappointed with my visit this evening. There was no need to rush it was not busy at all when I came. I refuse to return and have my food handled so poorly. You all upgraded the building but the service needed the upgrading.

Overall just terrible and it’s not the first, fries taste and look like they just dipped them back in grease for a few seconds to make them hot, I order a 3 piece tender and I guess they were too lazy to make some fresh so I got 2 tenders and 2 chicken nuggets smh that’s not what I ordered and it’s not the first they’re fries always taste old. Honestly this store gets one more try and I’m done not going to keep wasting money

2.5 stars/5 If you want 5 star’s you will have to do better but my guess is you don’t care the cashier sure didn’t. She was acting like everyone who walked through the door was just another problem that she had to deal with. It was apparent that she was thinking about being anywhere but at work. Her overall attitude demeanor disposition and vocal responses were the exact opposite of someone who should be working in a restaurant or anywhere for that matter. Now who ever is actually in charge should consider seeing about table numbers for orders so you don’t give my food to the wrong person who came in much after I did this shouldn’t happen but it did once it was corrected and I sat down to eat my luke warm heat lamp food. I somehow gained an extra item in the fries. Which did’nt bother me to much but it may someone who is allergic.

Moved back to cape area this past yr. Have always liked Arby’s until now. The Cape Arby’s is terrible!! No service, slow, no specials and cold food. Extremely disappointed. Probably won’t go back. What a shame.
