This morning I paid almost $5 for two small maple rings. I don’t know when they were made but they were not fresh. They were very hard to the touch. Most people come to your donut shop, pay a little more and expect a great donut. I could have gotten better at the gas station.

It was abysmal service. I can’t believe some people can take advantage of someone event timing on the phone. We placed and order for 6 order of mini donuts assorted a week in advance and when it was time for the event they lost our order and offer use 6 order of the original. We told them we order them in advance but the guy on the phone was like “you had to order those in advance” and “ You want them or not!” That is aggressive response in customer service.
When I went to pick them up I was expecting them to replace my order with assorted donuts but they only gave me originals all of them. It a party and they still charged me like I order the mini donuts. Not only did they not satisfy my order but they charged me for something I did not order. Abysmal truly abysmal. You have better chance getting cake orders at other place or donut order at your local store instead of this place. If you have an event that need dessert from parties stay clear form this place they will treat your order like it just last minute to go orders. Truly abysmal service and what a rude employee!

Donuts are great. Employees are usually quite friendly, but they always use the same gloves to take your money that they used to pick up your donut. So then back and forth over the day touching money and then donuts is pretty gross.

I was using the app to do a delivery order but called into the store this morning a little past 7am to check their stock since not too many options were showing online and I could not even finish what I was saying/asking because the women who answered kept interrupting me to say youre not accepting online orders… After the third time I was able to finally ask if maple bars were in stock and she said yeah but only if you come in. She was very rude and we could have avoided more than half the call if she had just let me finish the first time. Having to come in would be no issue for me, just wanted to be sure you had what I was looking for before I did so I was not wasting time.

Drive thru cash register crashed just before I could pay. Employee, whose name I didn’t catch, was polite and threw in a dozen original for the extended wait. Despite the challenge through no fault of her own she provided admirable customer service. Thank you!

I’ve been to this location on several occasions just to see if I can catch a good time to be there to receive fresh donuts. I’m always sold old donuts. I asked why I could never catch the hot light and I was told that they only make donuts in the morning and they don’t turn a hot light on. My last straw was when I visited to purchase the biscoff donuts and I was sold day old donuts. They were crumbling and hard and also almost $18 for a dozen. I asked if they had any better ones and I was told that they all look like that while one of the workers stood in the back and giggled in my face. I’m officially done spending my money here

Aroma heaven…we were welcomed by the sweet smell of fun and adventure. The staff greeted us and the wait was short. We enjoyed the raspberry filled donut and apple fritter. I got a coffee (free refills) and my daughter got a chocolate milk. We were ready to go and they fired up the glazed donut machine… okay you have to get a glazed donut when they are hot off the belt. Yum!!!

It actually amazes me how terrible the customer service is here. I always order holiday themed donuts for my children and they NEVER have the holiday box. NEVER have the order. Go to pick them up it’s always “we have no order under your name” until they’re shown the order confirmation. The holiday donuts have started looking so bad I feel like it has to be a joke. Like…. They can’t be serious. My 6 year old could do a better job.
