Guess the best $11 i paid for 4 thick and fatty slices of salmon.
Overall rated it 4 instead of 5 because of the Ramen. It was served in a huge bowl and while the taste is okay, the egg could have been soft boiled and sliced in half rather than poached and submerged whole into the soup. The pork chashu is a little “toasted”, would have been better if it was softer or tender.

I had ordered harumaki and vegetarian clear broth ramen.
Harumaki was good because of the sauce they provided with it however the clear broth vegetarian ramen was unimaginably bad, no salt, no taste, veggies were not cooked, overall bad experience.

The Food is amazing, the Ambience is great. But the star of the experience is the Staff. This is my first time visiting and they gave me the true Asian courtesy that is well know throughout the world. I really enjoyed my Time and would highly recommend it to anyone. The prices are affordable for any wallet.
Above all the value that they offer is the best in Hoboken. Nothing else comes close on a student budget.

This was my first time here. Such an amazing place, I highly recommend coming to this spot. Food, service and atmosphere was awesome! If you’re looking for food recommendations we got beef teriyaki, tuna dumplings and sex on the beach sushi roll.

I ordered three lunch boxes to go here with my friends, but we found a cockroach inside the lunch box. We then requested a refund for the whole order, since the hygiene condition of the food and kitchen really worries me. But the boss is really mean and rude. At first they didn’t want to refund the whole order, they only want to refund the lunch box with cockroach. But we insist on refund the whole order because all food from this restaurant has the potential to be polluted. After we talked to them really seriously, the boss agree to refund with an horrible attitude. “Don’t come again.” the boss said. We definitely won’t, I can assure you that. I really hope Google has zero star option for me here. Terrible terrible experiences here.

Absolutely incredible sushi! Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The rolls were creative without being overdone, and the fish was melt-in-your-mouth good. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi done right!
