July 1st 2023 visit. Picked up daughter from the airport in Tulsa and had to grab lunch when we got back to town. I know it’s a chicken tender place but decided to try something different. Had a chicken sandwich with an order of Mac and cheese. Daughter had tenders and ordered us dessert. Good visit. Good meal.

I usually check my order before leaving the drive-thru, but this time I didn’t, and I was disappointed with what I found in my box. The fries were cold and seemed to be mixed with onion rings. Thankfully, I’m not allergic to onions. The chicken was lukewarm, and the young lady at the window had an attitude when handing me my drink, which was also not properly sealed. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but it’s the first time I’ve decided to speak up. People pay good money for what is advertised, and if I’m going to wait more than 15 minutes for food, it should be fresh.
