Don’t come here if you like extra ranch. There’s a reason why in-n-out is successful. Placed an online order for $18 for a salad! Asked for extra ranch, cook got all angry at me, and told drive thru girl to charge me. I literally just saw him give out a honey mustard cup to a white male for free. I asked for my money back. The principle of having to pay extra in this economy when you’re already charging inflated pricing. MC Donald’s ran that same play of charging extra for their sauces and people just stopped coming in, this place is dead all the time. If management doesn’t know how to adjust EBITDA or KPIs to offer free ranch to paying customer you shouldn’t be in management. Figure out your bottom line and stop nickle and diming people who actually would spend money. I’ll just take the extra 2 min and drive to the other habit that actually gives out ranch hahaha.
And please issue this refund last thing I want is to do a back charge and go in there again!

Went through the drive thru, took a long time to get attended at the window. I asked for no tomatoes and no pickles on a burger. I still got tomatoes and they also put no lettuce on the burger when that’s not what I asked lol. Fries weren’t salted either. For the money I spent I and to see how slow it was, I would expect better service and less mistakes. The Habit on Avenue K is lot better than this location. Very disappointed.

Took my son to pick up his birthday order around 3:30/4:30 pm 11/28/25 and wasn’t pleased with it at all!! The bun was burnt and hard as a rock, the burger patty was pink on the inside like they were trying to send him to the king due to salmonella!!!

Waited to long for order. Then when got my order. My fries was cold and sandwich was thrown together. No condiments. Cashier at drive through seem unaware of what’s going on was attempting to give me wrong order. Smh never will go back to Habit it’s overrated and horrible staff and food.

Bad service on the drive though.
I ordered a combo. And when I asked for the fries. She tells me the fries are charged separately. The burger was not wrapped properly.

This burger joint has barely open and the first time it was great customer service, communication and very pleasant attitude. Now just no customer service,too expensive and disgusting of an establishment at this location. Quit rushing people when it’s not that “BUSY” and hire people who willing to work not rush people. Time is Money but not in that type of way!
