Ate at Sankalp recently and was really impressed. The chicken dishes stood out right away — no artificial food color, and the chicken was genuinely moist and well-cooked, not dry at all. You can taste the quality and freshness in the food.

Finally a decent restaurant with authentic Indian taste in capital region. Tried their Indio Chinese and it was amazing. Also the only place in the area to get sizzlers. Definitely my new favorite place. Mehul and Urval both are great hosts.
