New people. Food poisoning. Diarrhea and puke your brains out. Had wings and fries. We all got sick.
Great location! Awesome customer service, quick service, great deal on fries, super yummy food. Tenders were good but sizing is inconsistent not a good deal when they’re as small as wings but a good deal when a proper tender size. They are usually half wings and half tender sized. Quite frustrating. Ranch is as much as wings also. Voodoo fries come out right half the time. We request for light Cajun seasoning and extra ranch for them. Way too hot and can only eat a few bites normally. Just want the fries to be fully cooked constantly seem to get just potatoes last couple times.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received tonight. The young woman taking my carryout order was shockingly disrespectful, openly rude, and completely unprofessional in front of her manager and multiple other patrons. Her behavior was so unacceptable and demeaning that even her manager stated she would be speaking with her about it. I have never experienced this level of blatant disrespect in any establishment in my life and will be escalating this matter to the corporate level tomorrow morning.
Here are the facts:
She informed me that I had two free sauce options with the 70-cent boneless deal. I asked for Cajun and Hot — the exact same order I have placed every time I’ve visited this location. She told me I could not mix the two. I then asked if I could simply get the dry rub on the side instead, and she agreed.
When she rang up my order, she charged me for one of the sauces she had already stated was free. I politely asked why I was being charged extra. She said “I’m sorry” and called the manager to fix it. While doing so, she made a rude remark under her breath to the manager in front of me. I chose not to respond at that moment. The manager was professional and assured me the order would be handled.
After receiving my order, I went to my car and checked the bag, only to find the dry rub I requested on the side was missing. When I went back inside, the employee said to her manager — directly in front of me — “Just get him the damn sauce” and walks over to grabbed it herself.
That comment was completely unacceptable. At that point, I asked her why she was being so blatantly rude. The situation had escalated to the point that the manager could do nothing but apologize on her behalf.
I am beyond disappointed. As a regular customer, I have never felt so disrespected. This was not a misunderstanding — it was repeated, intentional hostility. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I will absolutely be escalating this matter to corporate. I will also be sharing this experience with my sales team, who frequently visits this location.
This level of behavior should not be tolerated in any professional environment.

Placed a moderately large (20 boneless, 5 classic, plus sides) order online. Was ready when I arrived, even though restaurant was busy. Food was fresh. Service was friendly – I was greeted on arrival, even though the employee at the counter was busy with other customers. Spice level was accurate – we got wings with no flames, two flames, and three flames. Three flames was just the right amount of heat for me.

Wingstop always hits the spot! The wings are cooked perfectly — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The sauces are amazing (can’t go wrong with Hot Honey or Buffalo!), and the fries and ranch are seriously addictive. everything came out hot and fresh.

Idk if they have changed vendors for their chicken, but the quality is garbage! Wing Stop used to be a great place to get wings! It seems they care more about profits than quality! Night and day difference in the quality!!!! I will NEVER order Wing Stop again! It was literally that bad!

Food is usually pretty good. However, if you order through the app… beware! I have had my food stolen a couple times in McKinney but was provided the same of the woman who did this time. If your order is picked up by “Gabriela” – she will it. Employee was bothered I was so mad about the incident, but remade the food nonetheless.

Over all a good experience but during the busy hour, tables aren’t cleaned until later. It’s un
derstandable tho since they are busy with doordash orders and take out orders too, people don’t seem to understand that sometimes they can’t clean immediately because of orders so just keep that in mind when eating. Good music and they play baseball, football, soccer, etc, games on the tvs. Bathrooms are clean and don’t smell bad so don’t worry. Also, the food is delicious, the wings are to die for! French fries are good but sometimes a bit too salty.

I visited this location for lunch in hopes of having some good fried chicken! I was highly disappointed! The chicken was undercooked, and the fries were tasteless! It was definitely a waste of money. The best part of my meal was the ranch dressing.
