Have not been to Panda in 4 plus years. Thought it sounded good, talked the old man into it (he wanted chipotle) well we shldve went to Chipotle. Ordered orange chk and lo mean. Green bean chk wld take 10 minutes so got beef and broccoli a la carte. Still took 10 minutes. Sent rice instead of lo mean. And thanks for this all broccoli filled box, no meat, which was cold.

Unfortunately I’ve never had a good experience at this location. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand how stressful it can be, but the staff is always rude. It always feels like an inconvenience that we’re eating there. They are always out of at least one item every time I’ve ordered. Management definitely needs to get on things.

I’m pretty disappointed in my order. The beef and broccoli had about half a head of broccoli in it. There was hardly any beef and the broccoli was so hard it broke my fork. If I wanted raw vegetables, I would’ve gotten a veggie tray. The noodles had a ton of cabbage in it too. Again, crunchy and hardly cooked. The service was quick but I barely got a “have a good day” out before the window was shut in my face. The person at the window was not unpleasant though. I won’t be returning.

Always (EVERY SINGLE TIME no matter what time I go through.) have to wait ten minutes for mushroom chicken…(At least I know it’s fresh) Today they would only take card payments as they did not have any change. At 11:45 a.m. ? Poor planning on management’s part.

Pretty good for the most part. Staff was friendly. Had to wait almost 15 minutes inside for my meal. Out of the Orange Chicken, and fried rice. Food was good, and decently priced. Still feel the Hong Kong Buffet is better value on amount of food, and House of Hunan for quality. Plus no waiting in line for carryout at either places. But I will try again.

I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant is out of everything, all the time. I also don’t understand how, every time I have ordered the string bean chicken all I get is green beans and 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Take it off of the menu if you aren’t going to serve proportional items!!! They have two people running drive thru, tell me how the screen while ordering a plate and a bowl is correct but when cashed out my plate is missing and my receipt is saying I ordered two bowls? This is ridiculous! Your company needs to train your employees better, this is the last time I will ever give this restaurant my money. Do not eat here!
