Saw it on “New Day” Fox8. Looked great on TV. Sandwich is $10.00 on the website. But it’s $13.00 for a large which is pictured on the website fo $10.00. Bread was dry, didn’t taste any hot peppers. The fries were not even eatable just a blob of soggy fries for $7.00. They even charged me tax on the tax holiday, Also no tax in Ohio for to go orders anyway. Won’t be back, ever.

I used to love going here. Lately (the past three times) I have ordered the food portions have significantly gone down as well as the sandwiches them self. Bread was dry, skimpy on the protein and cheese. I payed 18 Dollars for a large, however I wouldn’t say the quality is there to justify the high cost. Gunna pass on this in the future.

This was my 1st time visiting… I had heard so much about this place from ESPN 850 Cleveland. I am from Philly, so I had to give them a try. I ordered online and I picked up my order. 1 cheesesteak and 1 hoagie. The cheesesteak was awesome with mushrooms, cheese and peppers. However, the hoagie was an absolute dry mess, no mayo, vinegar nor oil. The meats were good, but the presentation had little to be desired. It was the worst attempt on a sub sandwich that I have ever seen. Pictures posted.

Drove 40 min to try this place and it was 110% worth it. Meat was cooked and seasoned perfect and the fries are similar to 5 Guy, but 1000 times better. And just to top everything off, the staff was super friendly!

My girlfriend suggested lunch and & was enjoyable. I ordered the bbq chicken philly that’s made with bbq sauce and onion rings into the sandwich . My gf ordered the original steak Philly both sandwiches were great. And I had to grab a root beer for the road! About 10 short minutes to cook after ordering Good eats!

Don’t go if in a hurry! We waited 25 minutes for our two sandwiches and tots. We were the only customers. After taking our order the employee went to the back and visibly stood there on his phone for fifteen minutes. It took him ten minutes afterwards to cook our meal. The tots were very soggy, I couldn’t finish them.

Placed a DoorDash order from here only to find a piece of metal inside my food. When I tried to contact the store they won’t even answer the phone. I’m going to report this to corporate. The food was disgusting too, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
