This location has two drive thru lanes. Service was prompt and the employees were nice. Plenty of parking available. The food was hot and good. Although the buns were borderline dry it was still good.

The woman at the windows was rude. After waiting for her to open the window for 5 minutes, she said, “What’s your order?” I said,”Excuse me?” Then she said, “Is your order…” and she repeated my order. I said yes. She grabbed my card and closed the window. Again, we waited for 5 minutes, she opened the window and handed me my card and two bags and closed the window. She didn’t even give me my full order. So I waited AGAIN she then opened the window and just looked at me. I said, “How about my 3 burgers?” We waited AGAIN since they weren’t made. After she handed me my bag and said,”Sorry about that.” I then had to ask for my receipt. When we got home our food was cold and when I looked at the receipt I saw that she rounded my payment up for a fundraiser without my consent. THIS BK HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. AVOID THIS BK AT ALL COSTS!

Would have been 5 stars but I never got a receipt. The team was efficient with my order. Friendly staff greeted us and made suggestions. Food was great temperature…. nice and hot. Ready to eat. Unfortunately, I did not get a receipt with my order. Just the tag with my order. Sooo kudos to this night crew. Even if their boss won’t get the 5star review email in the morning.

7/21/22 @3pm…First off my food was good, fries hot, soda crisp. It was the customer service before and after that sucked! I was rudely rushed through the order process in the drive thru that ended with “Is that it?” To then wait at a dead stop in the line for 9mins. 1 minute at the window with no acknowledgement. He took my card and then handed me back just my card no receipt. When I asked for the receipt he asked what? And then proceeded to give me the washed out merchant copy. I was unable to do the survey online since I can’t read the receipt. When I got home, I did attempt to call back to get the restaurant number and a women asked me was I in the drive thru or did I come in? I asked does it matter the restaurant number doesn’t change from one to another. She said it does I argued and she relented and gave me 14218 for the Burger King on Anderson Dr in Suisun City CA. SMH, this place is off the hook, I will not be returning here for awhile!

Service seemed ok. But my Swiss Mushroom melt was not toasted at all! Wish I could post a picture. I was sooooo disappointed. And you have no way to say anything when you are driving through. I got home 30m later, unwrapped my sandwich, and was surprised and confused. Why would someone give you this as a grilled melt???
So bummed.
