I get the birria quesadilla with cheesy rice and most of the time it’s extremely delicious!! I’ve gotten it soggy twice and had to airfry it. Recently they’ve been running out of birria, which wouldn’t be a problem if they would tell people on facebook/their website. I’ve been there twice (hours before their closing) and they had no birria.

Before you read this please understand we are always looking for a good taco. To the point at our wedding we are having taco catering. Overall the food was not bad. We ordered a little of everything to try our what we may like. Although everything we ordered was with birria meat since it’s our favorite. We got tacos, nachos, a rice bowl, and chips and queso. We live about 5 minutes from the location thwy we’re at and my fiance had went to pick the food up. The overall flavor of the meat was pretty good just the right amount of heat however it was quite greasy. The nachos were ok but in the 5 minutes it took to get home the chips were either soggy or stale (ask for them on the side if your not eating there). The rice bowl was actually the best item we ate that with chips and used the queso for extra queso as we love cheese. The queso itself had a good flavor could use a little more spice to it. The only thing neither of us really cared for was the salsa seemed a little watered down. Although a nice tomatillo sauce would also be a good option and is fairly easy to make. None of the things we did not like will not deter us from going back..

I am the biggest Spicy Rooster fan ever ! The tacos are slap yo mama finger licking good. I am not a fan of Spanish rice, but this rice is absolutely to die for. Everything is packed with a ton of flavor . The rooster sauce is amazing . Plentiful portioned. I try my best but can’t eat it all in one sitting. It never makes it an entire day, though. I have had a few issues with the service but never anything major. Don’t sleep on the Rooster …..

I got the Birria taco meal (two Berria tacos and cheese rice with choice of drink) NO FLAVOR even with the sauce and everything added nothing had any flavor, so it was a huge disappointment because I’ve been hearing alot of hype over this place and finally got the chance to try it. The birria tacos taste better without the sauce in my opinion. The service was nice and literally the woman who took my order was sweet and understanding even helped me with ordering the right thing since this was my first time. The truck looked clean and so did the people working which made eating the food actually enjoyable and worry free. I would/will eat here again but I’d definitely bring seasoning.

We went to Eats on the Creek to grab lunch. We had the birria taco combos. Everything was delicious. Perfect flavor & the food was hot. Will definitely stop by again.

Just had their pulled beef taco at a company event. BEST taco I’ve ever had, and I’m seriously not exaggerating. Tender beef, amazing seasoning, and the taco shell was great. Keep up the yummy food, thank you for the amazing meal!

The only thing good was the bottled Sprite.
1. Nachos stale.
2. Salsa taste and looked like any salsa you can buy from the store.
3. Birria taco way to spicy to the point you taste nothing else. Of what I could taste the meat tasted greasy burnt.
4. The dipping sauce for the taco very greasy and just as overly spicy as the taco.
5. Definitely lacking flavor. No real taste of seasoning ( simple salt and pepper) and even a slice a lime could have made a difference. Just my opinion everyone rates are different. I do believe this place has tons of potential.

I would like to first say that the front of the food truck was not inviting. I ordered the Birria taco meal, two tacos choose of cheese rice or fries and a drink, $15. I had to get cheese rice for my side because they were out of fries. It took about 15 minutes to make. The best thing about the food was the moist beef, THAT’S IT! The Birria sauce trash, no flavor nor seasoning and I could tell that the rice was cooked in that same flavorless sauce. The sauce had a weird taste, no salt/seasoning, with tons of oil floating on the top. The meat itself same. I do not see what all the hype is about. I suggest going somewhere authentic to get the true experience.
