I paid an extra $7 for double carne asada and counted and there is only 8 pieces. There is barely any rice and they put so much sour cream that it’s just a sloppy mess. I can’t even eat it.i asked for extra lettuce and there’s barely any. I had a reward for a queso and they didn’t put it in my bag. Almost $30 down the drain. Please fix this.

Ordered 4 bowls. Long lines. Used the great app. Saved time.
When the food finally came it was not that great.
They got my order correct (no rice) but ultimately the presentation wasn’t good.
The meat wasn’t cut properly. My daughter got a HUGE piece of lettuce.
We chose this place because our youngest CAN eat this food due to allergies.
It’s also close to their school. The last bowl we ordered took forever.
I know they were super busy with huge catering orders.
No utensils, no receipt, no napkins.
Strange.

ordered food online. got a drink in person decided NOT to tell me their ice machine was broken and still sold me a drink. Why on earth would you wait till after i paid money to tell me the ice machine didn’t work. DO BETTER TRAIN BETTER

We ordered online, order said it was finished and ready to go. We waited 15(!!!) extra minutes for our food and they didn’t put it on the pickup shelf, left it in the back, and refused to make us fresh food. It’s completely unfair that others get their orders and fresh food at the same price I had to pay.

Hannah made me 2 barbacoa burritos today that were beautifully made…with a cheery professional attitude. That’s the good news..the bad news is that she only works Sunday.

I live near this location, and have felt the frustration others have felt over the years…the consistently undercooked white rice, rude, undertrained/uninterested employees, undercooked pinto beans, opening at their normal time without all the meats available for sale…the gigantic pothole at their entrance for over a year, which I had to help them figure out who to call about…I like the way they source their food, I like the way their food tastes when it’s properly prepared…I would like consistency…this is not rocket science…it’s food science and HR…
My experience today with Hannah gives me hope…she should be your trainer and role model for others you want to hire.

Saturday October 25th We found the restaurant to be in a very unsanitary condition. Every table was covered in food debris, and waste. The soda fountain area had a large puddle on the floor. Rather than cleaning it, staff placed a caution sign over it. When I asked the cashier if someone could clean a table for us, she replied, “It will be a minute,” but no one ever came to clean the tables. We observed at least 5 employees on duty, so it was not due to short staffing. Place was filthy, and we will not be back.

Waited 45 minutes in a line today when I was in a rush just to get to the front and have them tell me they don’t have rice, queso, chicken… Absolutely GOD AWFUL service, maybe tell the busy line so that no one waists there time. People have stuff to do and places to be. Very disappointed, will NOT be going here ever again, and I don’t recommend, the food here is terrible. BE BETTER.

My daughters went in there to order 3 bowels and a burrito all comes with guacamole, but they wanted it on the side ,also asked for 4 vinegarettes but their were only 3 …Mind you the girl who prepared the orders ignored my daughter when she asked for another guacamole, we then checked our bags and seen there were only 2 guacamoles ..went back in and asked for 2 more, she gave one and said for the fourth one it would be a charge …hell no not the 40 dollars I just paid… The crossed eye girl was very rude ,lying saying guacamole was put on one she didn’t even prepare the orders, I said no it wasn’t she said she would check the “cameras” smh yeah all for guacamole?…(The customer is always right) anyway we were up front talking to the girl who made the orders, the next girl comes out from the back saying she’ll give it to us but don’t come back saying we were harassing her employee…she act as if she paid for the guacamole and we were lying!
