I came to Taco Bell and placed an order at the kiosk. They informed me it would be 20 minutes on beef because they ran out. That shouldn’t have happened they made tacos every day. And no employee was working with a sense of urgency. Fast food should be fast and friendly, not service by inadequately professional staff members.

I never write a google review. I wish I had recorded this because my wife and I couldn’t stop laughing. They literally greeted us with “before you order, just know we are out of lettuce, beans, rice, pico de gallo, cheese, tomato,….. )” She wasn’t done. We rolled up the window while she was still reciting the entire ingredients list. Makes for a good story though.

This place sucks. We walked in, both of the order kiosks were down. That’s fine, we’ll order at the counter. We start ordering and the girl at the counter tells us that they are out of chalupas. We leave because that’s really all we go to Taco Bell for. We get all the way to the car before the girl from behind the counter comes out and yells that they do actually have chalupas. We go back inside and start ordering. I just wanted two chalupas, not the meal. The girl asks if I want the combo and I clarify that I do not. She says ok and continues taking the rest of the order. The dining room is a mess. When we get the food, it’s wrong. She gave me the combo after I clarified that I did not want it. I would have corrected her at the counter if she would have read the order back but she did not. The chalupa shells were raw and cold. All this to say, we will not be going back.

How are you going to sell two beefy loaded nachos with only beans and pico , cheese no sour cream clearly missing the beef like ordered ,completely missing the burrito from the order.

Hello, I wanted to share some feedback. We waited about 15–20 minutes and never received our order. Our family was hungry, so we had to request a refund and leave. We were really looking forward to trying the food, but this experience was disappointing. I hope things improve because we probably won’t be back otherwise.

Ordered a Baja beef supreme chalupa and received a black bean chalupa. I didn’t even notice it until I got home 40 mins away. Along with waiting in line forever. I don’t eat beans so threw it in the damn trash.

Hard taco shells stale. Lettuce was breaking down slimy. Threw most if the food away. Quality has been dropping as the prices increase. Two people 30 bucks crazy I can go authentic Mexican higher quality and order much better food.

My experience was a mixed experience. I will have to give a shout out to an employee named Tae. He was extremely helpful and kind. If customer service could be run the same way Tae helped me out that da,. All Taco bells would run amazingly. However, the manager of the store stephon was extremely rude. When I ask questions he was short, rude and condescending. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. And unfortunately if I had to deal with him again at this location I would not return. In my own personal opinion Tae should be the manager. He clearly knows more about customer service.

Missing item, items that were included were wrong. Asked for no lettuce and got extra extra so i had to disect and remove. What a pain! Lady taking order was too busy worrying about her fake nails and lashes that looked like hairy caterpillars to check the accuracy of the order. $13 for 3 soft tacos and a drink? Not again, Taco Hell.

Out of just about everything I ask for almost every time I go, including one time where they were “out of food, come back in 30 minutes”, when asked for substitutions they give me something that I didn’t ask for. Just generally awful and I think this is the last time I come order food from here
