Great food and service and atmosphere!Stopped by the strap tank express for the first time since the change of names and owners. I have to say it was a nice experience as it wasn’t crowded, food was great for the price and the server was fantastic with her recommendations and attentiveness.
We had a late breakfast (which is served until 2pm). Wife ordered the croissant French toast while my son and I had the Bikers B-Fast. Nothing truly special about the offering except it came out fast, flavors were great (especially the rosemary potato fries) price was good and for the area I though this might be our go to place for weekend breakfast. On par with other breakfast locations in the area, but less crowded and cool ambiance. If you’re in the area definitely give this place a try.

Came here after our flight was delayed. The food was amazing! Got the Huevos Rancheros and french toast croissant. All the food was amazing. We plan to come here after we fly back home. Bathroom are very clean. We didnt look at the coffee side but I am sure it just as good as the food. I only wish I lived closer so we could come here more often.

The food was delicious. We were greeted as we walked in. Our server, Madi, was by far the best server we have ever had in Utah, always smiling from the time we walked in till the time we walked out. That lady needs a raise ASAP. I have to give the cook some props those fried pickles were delicious. Keep up the good work strap tank

If we lived in this city, this place would definitely be our number one spot! We ordered steaks with onion rings, French fries, and a Caesar salad – everything was incredibly delicious: juicy meat, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is amazing, stylish interior, lots of space, cozy and welcoming. The staff are attentive and friendly – excellent service. Truly a pleasure to visit!

Well, we got 3/4 a beer mostly foam up top. They could probably use some pouring a beer training and maybe a few classes on how to serve people with volume and eye contact. Super awkward service like they were scared of us, NO eye contact and we couldn’t even hear them. Almost like they were livid we walked into their empty store. My husbands beer taste just like water for $24, what a deal!! (sarcasm)
Inside is very nice and clean, we were the only people. Pickles were delicious.

This place is top notch! Amazing that we have a little tap house in Desert Canyons. The service and food gets better every single time we come! Highly recommend this place and I love the Sportster Pale Ale on draft! They have .75c Wednesday Wing Night, $5 Mimosa Sunday’s, and $4 Draft beer Tuesday’s!

Edit 12/16/25 – This has replaced the Sidecar Cafe. Food not as good as Sidecar. Also, owner did not renew lease of prior Coffee Club owner and doing coffee service now. Not as good as Coffee Club.
(Earlier 2025) Food was great! We had the Diablo Burger and Sweet Potato fries. Food seems to be from the adjacent Sidecar Cafe which has always been good. Decent beer and wine selection. While service itself was decent, the friendliness of the server was absent. We said we were splitting the meal, and she did bring out an extra plate. There appeared to be 3 people working, but they stayed in the back most of the time, even when no one was around, and no orders appeared to be in process. Looked like they do take-out orders, too, so maybe they were working. We saw one man come in and it took a while for someone to come from the back and see that he was there. He had to step into hallway and call for someone. Glad to see this in the Desert Canyons neighborhood, but friendlier employees are needed. Sign on the door did say they were hiring servers…hopefully friendly ones.

My server, Madie, was the best server I’ve ever had! She was great at keeping the drinks full and having a great attitude. The food was delicious, no long wait times even with 1 chef and server. Highly recommend this place! The beer is delicious.

The food was just okay. It’s definitely not the best I’ve had, but also not the worst. That said, it absolutely wasn’t worth the price we paid. My daughter and I each ordered hot wings (8 pieces per order) and shared some cheese curds, and the bill came out to $50 before any tips. I was honestly shocked at the cost, especially for what it was…The cheese curds were also overly greasy, which didn’t help the experience.
To put it into perspective, we had dinner at Sakura recently. We ordered pork belly skewers, three cups of soup, and three sushi rolls, and the total came to $46. That meal was not only delicious but felt like a much better value.
As for StrapTank In my opinion, not worth it.
