I hate leaving reviews like this and I’ve talked with their corporate office several time. This location is awful. The employees are low (almost no) energy. Let’s start with the first time I came to this location, I received 10 frys in a small order. That’s taking small to a whole low level. The second time, I tried to come in after a long shift at work. It was 845p (they close at 9p). Open sign on but the door was locked. There were employees working behind the counter so I knocked and knocked but they had no interest in providing service. The third and final time. I placed my order and while I was waiting I forgot that I wanted to get a large fry. I was told no fries because the dryer was busted. I was told by the same kid that took my order, so why not tell me when I placed my order. I wouldn’t have gotten a large if I had been told. So again, you can look at my past reviews that I don’t take writing reviews like this lightly. I have talked with their corporate office and because they are franchised there is very little they can do except to pass my concerns to the MGMT of this location. I have yet to be contacted by the leadership for this location. Very disappointing on all sides.

The best subs ever. Real meat. Real sauce, Great bread. There’s also one near me in Zurich, Switzerland on Bodenerstrasse 29, Zurich, Switzerland. By the way, I visited the one in Waterford on 5832 Highland Rd, Waterford, MI 48327 and it’s great. The owner loves his work and is the kindest. Check it out.

The service was great, the two girls behind the counter were very outgoing and friendly. I like the theme of inside being a firefighter station. There is a large mural inside that doesn’t make much sense. A boat is on fire and the people in the boat next to the one on fire are just fishing. Why would they not want to help!?!
The sandwiches were good, but a bit dinky in size. The bread seems much thinner and not as filling as other sub shops.

Ordered a turkey sub. It was fresh and hot. The bun was fresh and toasted perfectly and the cheese was nicely melted. The medium was just the right size for lunch and the pickle was crunchy.

Very helpful and friendly staff as this was my first time visiting a Firehouse Subs restaurant. The first bite of my Italian sub was delicious. Hot fresh tasty just so good. I would highly recommend a d definitely be a return customer.

I really do not have too much to say here. I was not impressed with the sub I ordered/received. I ordered the Engineer sub, and the cashier originally took my order as the New York Steamer; I am not sure how the two sound similar, but it was caught before I paid and them making the order. The Engineer is a smoked turkey breast sub with Swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli mustard. I ordered mine large, with no mayo. I did not order anything else except for the one sub.
The wait time was about eight minutes. It deceived me by making me think I had ordered what was going to be the best sub ever. But it really was not. The best way I can describe it as is “microwaved Subway”. The sub was not appealing/satisfying at all.

Seriously one of the best subs I’ve ever had. Grabbed a free medium Italian sub with a TMobile coupon and it was so good! This place rivals some of the local sandwiche places. Definitely going back.
