My family and I went here for my grandma’s 90th birthday. She absolutely loves the ice cream (and people) and has gone here for many years. Now that she’s older, Mike even delivers her ice cream every two weeks!
When we arrived for the birthday lunch, they had a decorated table set for her and a card signed by everyone working that day. We are going to remember this wonderful experience for a very long time. This is a special place.

The sandwiches, soup, and atmosphere are all top-notch at this Chocolate Factory! In the heart of downtown Cedarburg, this is a great choice for a quick meal or ice cream! We have never been disappointed eating here! The sandwich of the month seems to be our favorite!

It was quite an experience. The food is absolutely delicious. They have a great selection of soup, salad and sandwiches. What I thought was amazing is that you can get half sandwiches for those that cannot eat as much. It is also lighter on your pocketbook not to mention not as much waste. I would definitely come back if I go to Cedarburg. I recommend visiting this great place.

100 % recommend it. Their strawberry has real strawberries, it’s delicious and I don’t like strawberry , my favorite though is chocolate in a wafer cone. Very good Broccoli soups.

I had the special this month, which was a chicken. Avocado, bacon bread, red onion sub. Starting with the bread, it was just absolutely perfect. The bread was crunchy on the outside. Soft on the inside all the ingredients were extremely fresh. Also had a side of chili which was really tasty. I look forward to my next visit.

It was good. Cheaper than subway and more food in my opinion. The bread tastes like the pizza bread from water street(a really good thing)

Love the subs. Ice creame experience hasn’t been great. A couple weeks ago vanilla ice cream was full of ice chunks. Today ordered two sundaes. They only had enough fudge for 1/2 sundae which was hard from the bottom of the container and the young lady didn’t know what to do. I suggested giving us caramel as a substitute. Not good for an ice cream store

If I could give the service a 6 star rating, I would !!! The food was so good, would highly highly recommend. My order was taken by Lizzie, she helped me pick out an ice cream flavor and recommended me what her favorite sandwich was. I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and a very sweet conversation !! Very very good 10/10!!!

First timer. Looking for the nostalgia big old ice cream parlor with round stools and served at the bar by servers with white hats? Not this one, but is quite busy conveniently located in downtown cedarburg. Ice cream is weighed by the ounce. So essentially your scoop might not be the same as my scoop and priced differently. Current price was about $0.59 an ounce. Flavors are not posted anywhere so you’re at the whim of looking through the selection of flavors in their tubs. The variety of different sundaes appears to be the specialty. You are always welcome to be served one scoop, two scoops in a waffle cone or dish. While the name is synonymous with what you would think is just ice cream, seems to have migrated to also serving sandwiches. If you truly want chocolate, just go next door and you’ll have a variety to choose from. It was well worth the first time visit but would not be a returning customer. It would be nice if the staff were more on task even in this post covid progression to wiping off tables and seats once customers leave. We pretty much cleaned and bussed our own table.
