I need to start packing my own lunch
It seems like they are not caring about the Quality of the food they send out, I order here a lot and find myself always complaining that the pizza is not done right. I can honestly say they will try to compensate me, but to be honest, I don’t want to be compensated. I would like my food to be correct, The first time I order it. I don’t wanna have to wait two hours once I order my food because it’s not done correctly.

Not a great place. I bought a new yorker. It was edible but that is as best as I can say about it. Should not be allowed to put NY’s name on it. What brought me here to leave a comment is they had no napkins. The guy who appeared to not want to be there said he wouldnt have napkins until the end of the week. I can only imagine the few people who bought something from this place noticed. I mean really how can you not have napkins?

I had a wonderful experience with the general manager named Jim at this location. I had ordered five pizzas that were due to arrive at 4:30 and I needed them to arrive later at 5:30 and he went above and beyond to make it happen for me, even though it it seemed like it was busy at the store I never felt rushed and service was never compromised. What a wonderful asset to the company!

Only one person working wouldn’t even speak to me and the music in this location was way to loud. Also the person working there was not wearing any gloves while making the pizzas. The employee also had food and glitter all over their hands after making the food and then came to the front with out cleaning their hands and touched the computer and handed me the food and the proceeded to go make more food without gloves or washing their hands.

I do not recommend this Pizza Hut. They delivered a My Box where the pizza had some kind of white sauce on it. Did not ask for it. When I called the store, I was given 2 options: 1. Come pick up a new one. 2. Order more items so a new can be delivered to me. The reason for the delivery was because I did not drive to WORK and why would I spend more money on more items when they messed up my order to begin with. This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut in years and I don’t miss it. Oh, as an after thought, the person who identified herself as the manager, said that she can put a credit on my phone number for the Pizza. Hmmm…..Keep it. I won’t be back. Wish I could contact corporate. I WANTED MY PIZZA.

My husband and I embarked on a much-anticipated date night this evening, leaving our children at home with the promise of a delicious pizza delivery. I placed the order around 7pm, specifying that the pizza should be left on the porch for our hungry kids. However, upon our return at 9pm, we were met with disappointment and frustration as the pizza was nowhere to be found. The app claimed it had been delivered, and a text message confirmed the same. Reviewing the security footage, we witnessed the delivery driver approach our porch, ring the doorbell, and then inexplicably depart without leaving the pizza.
Enraged by this unacceptable turn of events, I immediately contacted Pizza Hut to demand answers and a refund. The first woman I spoke to callously hung up on me, but I persisted and eventually reached a more understanding representative. Despite my insistence that the pizzas be delivered promptly and free of charge, the order that finally arrived was shockingly incorrect. Not only was there a missing pizza, but the dinner box contained only cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks – a far cry from the meal we had anticipated.
My anger and frustration know no bounds as I contemplate the disappointment my children faced, waiting for hours without dinner. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply intolerable. I demand a full refund and a sincere apology from Pizza Hut for this egregious mishap.

Went here about a couple weeks ago and even to this day I am just amazed at the service pizza and commitment to the customer experience because I came in hungry and down in the dumps. And walked out with hunger passion and a drive to become the best I can be and I felt empowered

Placed my order, looked down to see one of the biggest roaches I’ve seen in my life just casually walking around my feet, unphased by the 2 other people in the lobby, immediately canceled my order. I just spent 2 days flying, not rolling the dice on adding food borne illness to all the germs I’ve already endured.

I’ve had better government pizza from middle school re heated. This is a pathetic attempt of a pizza. Tastes like uncooked dough , maybe cooked for 5 mins .. should have made a right into papa Jon’s .. save your money ..
