The front register cashier was rude and skipped my order when my tenders were sitting on there getting cold. I had already waited in the tenders and that was fine, fresh tenders cool. Thank goodness for the drive thru cashier preparing my order because the front register cashier expressed that she was ready to go and would prepare my order when she was ready to. I found her behavior to be rude and unprofessional, if you didn’t feel like working today why not call out. Everyone else was working hard to get the guests in and out in expeditiously. Employees like that front register cashier is why I will not be visiting this location again. The cashier also proceeded to stop the drive thru cashier from preparing my order to get something for someone that she was preparing an order for in which came after my order. I was very much dissatisfied with the treatment and service provided by the front register cashier.

Worse church’s in the world. Something told me to go to the one on government but this one was close to home. I ordered the 10 pc special I asked for it to be put in 2 separate boxes because I wanted 5 spicy thighs and my mom cannot eat any spice at all and she only eats legs so I asked for 5 spicy thighs and 5 mild legs. They cashier told me they were out of spicy and I had to wait about 20 mins so I patiently waited and the cashier brought out my order. He was very nice and he told me that he tried to get the people on the line to make it like I asked but they said they couldn’t make it like that. So I checked it and the legs and thighs were all mixed together. So I asked how do I know if the thighs are spicy and the legs are mild? I didnt blame him because he did a good job but the ladies inside were very rude when I came in they were just looking at me. I asked can I get a separate box. I was very nice and tried to explain that my mom cannot eat spicy so I need to separate our chicken. I almost asked for a refund because the lady upfront said out loud “People always got to be picky and want things a certain way”, then she took 5 pieces out of the box and put them in another box then she put it in the bag and slung it to me and very rudely said have a good night. Its like they dont understand that it wasnt my fault for ordering it a certain way. I was trying to get mild for my mom and spicy for me. I will never return to this churches. They have the worse attitudes. The only person that did not upset me was the cashier. He understood and he apologized to me. When I got home I didnt know what was spicy or mild I had to take a piece from every chicken to make sure it wasnt spicy for my mom. Almost every piece was mild except 3 pieces were spicy. Even though I waited over 20 minutes for 5 spicy thighs. Just terrible all around.

Order taker and cashier was awesome oh but the chicken Lawd the chicken was so dark and HARD I felt like I was eating peanut brittle first time time and last time ever going to this location. I’ll usually go to the one on Government because I never have problems with them. I decided to try this one because I was on the street going towards my house and said, oh, let’s give this one a try. Worst decision ever, it’s okay tho they will never get another copper penny out of me.

I’ve been here three times. Every single time I come here they make me pull around to the front “wait for someone to bring my food out”. SUPRISE! They never bring my food out. After 15-20 min I have to go inside looking for my food. My order is always the same. 6 pc box of biscuits & tenders.
Today my tenders were half raw. DISGUSTED. Disgusted by the food. Disgusted by the service. Disgusted by the entire operation.
Do better…… or at the very least, avoid this churches. They’ll feed you raw chicken.

Didn’t get my order correct! I had to go back after I made it home! Chicken taste like old grease! Taste like they double dip it; the skin on the chicken was extra hard! And they didn’t have any ketchup! I should have just got a refund!

Going to give the upmost honest review. Haven’t had Churches in legit maybe 10+ years. Only came because my brother insisted he wanted Churches, no problem, and he was paying. I ALWAYS check prior to see if an establishment is open and busy via online. Went in this morning around 10:48 AM, mind you online says the store is open at 10AM. We are waiting at the menu board which about 6 minutes pass by before I started honking the horn and talking in the speaker. I was told the store doesn’t open until 11. It’s about 10:54AM at this point, then was told we “… can’t wait in the drive thru…” So we pull around the building and wait till 11:00AM. Mind you we start ordering, no spicy chicken, hardly any sides, no sweet tea, and my sprite tasted like carbonated water so the syrup was more than likely out. Then I informed the worker I’d like the regular chicken in dark meat and was also met with “that’s how it comes.” In a nonprofessional tone. I can tell once we came around the window the worker was visibly upset, no greeting or any kind, just straight handing the food, drinks, and shut the window. Also the signage at the drive thru window also says you all are open everyday at 10:00AM, so maybe have that updated. Needless to say, I can go another 10+ years without eating Churches in general. We have to do better!

Worst church’s I’ve ever been to !!!!! I’ve been sitting outside the restaurant for a 10 piece meal since 9:19pm the wait was supposed to be 15 mins it is now 10pm !!!!!!!! I can’t make this up even people who came after me got they food first while workers are literally steady coming outside to tell me my food is almost ready and still never comes . 9/18/25 around 11:10 am. I ordered the 10pc for 11.99 and was charged $14.48 for chicken that was not hot at all. Then I ordered a 5pcs pepper and they were old and I had 4 whole peppers and a half pepper. Called to talk to someone and no answer.
