Erin the owner and baker, is a such a great person and artist with her pies. She always produces great work and I always recommend their pies to friends and family. BEST BANANA CREAM PIE I’VE EVER HAD. But any pie is a good choice, I have never been disappointed. They are my favorite food truck during the Fort Collins food truck rally and I always save room for dessert. I love that they include the option of a scoop of ice cream in addition to the pie slice at the truck! Wish they did that at their in store location too;).

We love Sunny Sky Pies! Everything is delicious and fresh. We found them a few months ago because we were looking to shop more local. We bought a chocolate pie for a dinner party and everyone raved about it! Since then, we have visited multiple times. Everything is amazing but our favorites are the peanut butter, banana cream, and German chocolate pie. We have met the owner and she is lovely. Highly recommend checking this local pie shop. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking right outside the front door.

Very cute little storefront and the owner is super sweet! I got a scone there that is one of the best I’ve ever had- buttery, flaky, moist, and great flavor. The location is a little tricky to find, at least for an out of towner like me. Will definitely be stopping in for another treat when I’m in town!

Literally the best pies you will ever have in your life. Doesn’t even matter what flavor you are talking about. They are all stellar! Plus, everyone that works here is just a gem.

Absolutely the best biscuits and gravy I have had. Biscuits were flaky and good and the gravy out of this world! A lot of sausage (much more than any other place I’ve had). Oh – and the pies are to die for. Never too sweet, but just right.

We got three wonderful pies here, some of the best we had on out tour through the US.
Erin was a delight to interact with, she made some delicious fresh drip coffee specifically for me and told us that she’s now setting up a collaboration with a specialty coffee provider!
The pies themselves were delicious, the peach pie with crumble on top was a seasonal stand out, but, as others have mentioned, the star of the show is the chocolate peanut butter dream.
It’s melt in your mouth creamy, flavourful and not overwhelmingly sweet, with an amazing chocolate topping.

Small business, locally owned, handmade pies. I had a piece of pie made with raspberries from Erin’s backyard. The dining room is comfortable and features products from area artists. I recommend this bakery to all my friends.

Got a Coconut cream for my moms birthday- was the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. Hands down. Not too sweet, pastry was lovely- ans the whipped cream!! I wish I had a recipe for it.

Okay, I visited the Fort Collins Farmers Market on Saturday and I’m not kidding one bit what I’m about to say, My family had three different pieces of Pie from this beautiful custom Van, the pie was OUT OF THIS WORLD Delicious!!!
I love pie and have never had Pie like this before, it’s absolutely insane delicious!!! The Cherries were as big as nickels, the Strawberry Rhubarb was unbelievable as well as the Key-lime were also so outstanding!!! Nothing like this in Denver. The man and woman who took our order were super kind as well…. If you have never had this delicious dessert now is the time!!! It’s a WOW for me…. This hands down the best pie I have ever had…..

Wow, just incredible pie!!! I ordered a dairy-free triple berry pie and cherry hand pies for my out of town visitors….they were completely blown away and raving about this pie! Highly recommend, especially if you have guests. Save time and stress and let the pie expert do it 🙂 !
