I don’t usually care to leave reviews on google but I am leaving this after many bad experiences with this location. Don’t order delivery from this location. They appear to not have enough employees to cover lunch rushes despite their good location and the benefit of many nearby businesses. Lunch orders are consistently late to a location 5 minutes from the train station. If you have limited time for lunch, other locations will provide a more timely service.

I love Jimmy John’s but I can’t order from this location anymore and it’s very frustrating as the app automatically chooses your store for you. They take over an hour to deliver every single time, and when you call to ask their ETA, they have never answered the phone. Pretty incompetent Jimmy John’s location. Avoid at all costs.

I have used this location multiple times because of the close proximity to my office. I understand mistakes can happen. But given the fact that instructions were provided on location and person, the driver still has an issue finding the location. This is the second time and the same driver! Very disappointing!
Never again! I do enjoy the food but I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. Never again Jimmy John’s!!

Very bad experience with dine in. The employees Threw away the sandwiches and drinks while taking a 1 minute restroom break. No apologies and blaming on customers for not letting them know about bathroom breaks is not a good business model. Workers don’t have common sense . This location will not get my business anymore.

Just ordered a club tuna and was charged for a regular Tuna. I made the correction after i paid. The manager came up, didn’t apologize and proceeded to charge me again for the difference which was their mistake. I said that i don’t want to pay for their mistake and was told that it wasn’t their problem. I asked for their general manager or district manager’s and was also told no. Super unprofessional staff. Don’t go there unless you want to be disrespected.

Do not order from this location. The delivery times are ridiculous, often over an hour. I only order from here because it prompts as my local shop on the app. They will not answer the phone, there’s nothing you can do to communicate with anyone there. They are horribly unapologetic about it too. If this happened once i wouldn’t be so upset but it’s almost every time I’ve chosen to take my chance with them.

Bad food, worse service
The three young men did nothing technically “wrong” when I was there. When I ordered I asked for a Vito, chips and a medium diet. One kid slapped together my sandwich, on very stale bread, with no vinaigrette that I could taste, and the other pushed a cup at me and muttered something I couldn’t hear about a drink. I paid what he asked and then when I picked out my chips he told me I hadn’t paid for the chips. I told him I’d asked for chips and he sullenly told me he’d asked me if I was getting a just a drink and I hadn’t mentioned the chips. He then stared at me clearly expecting me to just put the chips back. When I asked him how much the chips were he made a sour face at me and reluctantly took my money for the chips. Clearly letting me buy what I’d originally ordered was a horrible inconvenience.
So they have a killer combination – bad food and worse service. It had been a long time since I’d tried Jimmy John’s… and I don’t expect to ever return.

Always satisfied.. Quick, even tried the 16 inch which was great! Add the giardiniera if you dare!! I always get the Vito regular #5.. Tuna is super good too. Added extra lettuce to the BLT was too good. This location is too good!!

or a restaurant who takes pride in delivering you should not pester customers for additional gratuity after charging a delivery fee. The sandwich is priced $5.99 but delivery is a whopping $1.50 and then taxes and then the delivery guy makes you feel guilty for not adding a tip.
