I feel like if your open 24hrs you should be picking up the phone to hear the customer concerns 24hrs I ordered on door dash & they don’t give you an option to leave a note so I tried calling at 12:50 am to insure it’s marked right because of allergy purposes & after refusing to answer I got sent to voicemail repeatedly after that’s insanely rude & some audacity of that late night staff the arrogance of the workers providing customer service these days is not up to par. Next time I’ll order from South Holland they treat there customers better.

Service is great, but can’t say the same about the food. Last few times I’ve ordered the hash browns, they were greasy and taste like the dirty toaster oven they put it in!

I went through the drive through 8/30/2025 and was told I couldn’t have the loaded potatoes substituted with Turkey sausage. I have this done before I don’t eat pork. This location is the only one I have a dilemma with each time.

This Dunkin Donuts gets 5 stars from me! I order a coffee from here everyday and the service is always the fast. The workers are friendly and each one always has a smile on their faces! I will also meet clients here to notarize documents and the interior is clean and fresh!

My lil sister found this bug in her coffee , worst experience we could have , and now she’s throwing up. We stop here everyday…. Just to think how many times we’ve had an ice coffee from here. Infestation is a problem?

My cousin was using her points in the drive thru tonight at 8:55PM on Sibley next to McDonalds. The foreign cashier didn’t speak very good English. Proceeded to scan my cousin’s mobile app twice. The cashier says $7 plus the change. Couldn’t quite understand, my cousin yelling , why would I pay twice….if my points says an Expresso or Frozen Drink. Make it make sense he scanned the mobile app twice. On the purchase history it has two purchases in total of 1800 points.
Please ppl if you are going into customer service learn how to speak ENGLISH. Be Polite to your customers. And last but not least DON’T BE RUDE!
