God only knows how old those rolls were!! They were hard as a rock!
They were so hard,.. I got a loaf of bread from my bread box. And transferred the meats and veggies to the bread.
I’ve never had a problem with sandwiches from Subway before. Before remaking them from the loaf I had on hand, I tried 30 seconds in the microwave. No, the Subway bread was rock hard.

Young girl making my food had her hair over her shoulder and it was dangling into my sandwich as she made it. Upon closer looking she also had open sores on her arm that absolutely should have been at least covered with bandages. I was so uncomfortable and too stunned to speak I just paid and left but the sandwich is being thrown away and I will not return.

I got the marshon lynch beef sandwich. It barely had 2 slices of roast beef on a footlong and they were out of all cookies and it did t occur to them to make more as I did an online order and they had the time. Terrible experience

Obviously you are unable to get your sandwich the way you want. Ordered a foot long..wanted half with cheese and half woth the vegetables..stated I had to order two 6 inch sandwiches instead. I have been to a million subways and have gotten my sandwich this was EVERY TIME.

Food and service was great. The problem was with the app. It told me to pick up my order inside. The inside was closed. I called and was told my order could be picked up in the drive thru. Then I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line. App needs updated.
