I ordered a sausage biscuit meal with a country fries and a strawberry lemonade. I asked for no ice with a strawberry lemonade because I wasn’t gonna drink it right now. And I didn’t want it to be watered down. I will never go back because they gave me a half cup. After I paid all that money.
Never again.

This place is clean and efficient. It gets very crowded around lunch time. We had sausage gravy biscuits, bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns. Hash browns are patties so they were nice and crispy. But, the scrambled eggs looked like they just took a sunny side up egg and chopped it up. Actually had to eat it with a spoon because it wouldn’t stay on a fork. I don’t know if someone just didn’t want to take the time to scramble them or if chopping up an egg is what they call scramble eggs. Aside from the scramble eggs the food and service were good. Though the only service you get is when you order. They don’t come check to see if you need or want anything else. And you take your own tray and trash to the trash bin yourself. It’s like McDonald’s only with breakfast items.

So me & my son were both very disappointed with our recent visit to this biscuitville. One would expect a place with the word “biscuit” in their name to at least have decent biscuits. But it was evident before even laying eyes on our order that this was not going to be the case. Upon reaching into the bag I instantly knew there was a problem. Instead of feeling anything close to what you would expect a biscuit to feel like, I found myself holding what felt like a small pancake sized object in my hand. I thought maybe they gave us a cookie “loosly” wrapped in paper by mistake, & I mean Loosly. It was literally falling out of the barely wrapped wrapper. But when I pulled it out I discovered the absolute thinnest biscuit I’d ever seen. & both of our biscuits were the same. These things were so thin that they were literally almost nothing but the outer skin. I’m not exaggerating here, If I would have scooped out the inside of these things, I doubt I could have filled a bottle cap with both of them. Not talking about what was on them, but the biscuit innards, or lack there of. Unfortunately we didn’t discover these facts until we were too far away to turn back. So we were extremely dissatisfied to say the least. We were Very hungry at the time, so we devoured these little tidbits before we even thought to take pictures of them. But I really wish we would have. On a side note, & I hate to be this guy, so I’ll keep this part brief. But the men’s bathroom was a disaster. I actually decided to wait & stop somewhere else. All in all it was a terrible 1st visit

We love eating at Biscuitville and feel they provide good food for a good price. Today’s experience was an exception to the standard we have come accustomed to. While at the Raeford Rd location in Fayetteville I experienced cheese grits that were less than like warm and only filled the cup half full. The other food was on par with other BV locations, service was good, and the restaurant was clean.

I came inside around 11:15 and when I came up to get an order, a lady in a purple shirt came over to me with a rude attitude. She was making the biscuits when I came in. She gave me a very rude attitude kept saying “You need to speak up. I can’t hear you!” I was speaking in a normal tone. The name on the receipt said danielle so I dont know if that’s her name or not. She was very friendly when another lady came up and to others but not to me. I feel very sad because I always come here because the staff are very friendly but not this morning.

Fantastic customer service at this location this morning!!! Plus, I always love that Biscuitville will customize how your eggs are cooked. Over easy is the best! It’s fast food with a “sit down restaurant” level service.

I have no idea what happened but this place has went down the drain . I went to dine in it was pretty empty so the least I could expect was the food to be fresh . It came out so quick didn’t wait not even 5 minutes went my husband & I sat to eat that food looked and tasted so old as if it was just sitting there all morning . Sausage was so dry . The Hashbrown casserole was so nasty . I definitely would not return .

This was my first time to this location. They were extremely busy however, Tyana was the best. She’s extremely nice, informative and friendly. She gave a great smile with her service. I ordered the Ultimate Sausage, Ultimate bacon breakfast meals, fruit & nut oatmeal and a blueberry muffin. The food is absolutely delicious. I’m so glad there’s a location closer to us. We will be back.

It’s sad for many reasons y’all giving out over cooked bacon, no utensils, scorched grits, and you have 2 operable drive thru speakers and 2 windows but yet have your employees working outside in freezing weather. Why don’t the assistant managers and managers go out there and work to see how cold it is. I will be reaching out to corporate because this is sad.

The eggs were real dry. Hash brown and bacon were good. Biscuit was just about right. Other than that all was good. Will I give them another chance? Yes. Also the parking lot was wonkers on how it was set up. Must have been the guy who designs roundabouts.
