When we visited, there was a extremely long queue of people waiting to order. I am not sure what the hype is about. I had the vanilla latte, and it was good, but nothing extra extraordinary. My friends had some of the special offerings, and they also liked their drinks. Overall, I would definitely write it over Starbucks, but I would still prefer an independent coffee shop.

Not a fan of their coffee personally. I like my coffee stronggg and every time I’ve gone to Dutch it’s mostly all milk and tons of syrup no matter how strong I order it but the service/people are always very cool! A lot of my coworkers RAVE about their “rebel” drinks which is basically RedBull and a flavored syrup so maybe I’ll dabble lol

Honestly this Dutch bros never fails to disappoint me. Their drinks are always so horrible at this location. Last time they wouldn’t even remake my drink despite how watery it was. I contacted customer support and they gave me a free drink reward. I went back today to get a drink and once again they made my drink horrible. I ordered a large golden eagle and added pumpkin, caramel, & cookie butter drizzle. They handed me my drink and it had none of the drizzles and looks very watery. I told the cashier this and she gave the drink back to the barista and they double checked to see that it said the drizzles, in which it did bc I ordered it. Then I see the barista proceed to get a different cup that just had pumpkin drizzle btw, she just poured my already made drink that already had soft top and everything on top into the other cup. Ridiculous! If I’m paying nearly $10 and they made a mistake on my drink at least remake it! Don’t just pour an already made drink with soft top into another cup and call it a day! Pure laziness. I also asked for light ice and I kid you not they gave me 3 ice cubes. This location is full of untrained, lazy baristas that never make drinks right and never take the time to do so either. While I was waiting for them to remake my drink correctly, I heard another employee telling their coworkers that whoever organized the syrups, milk, etc stuff they use that they were putting all of the old stuff in the back and new stuff in the front to use.
Nonetheless I’m not sure what’s wrong with this Hollister location but it is awful. I have been here several times and have even been told my feedback would be given to the store so they can make drinks better but if anything it has gotten worse. They need to correctly train people and make drinks good! All of the other Dutch bros I have never had this issue, just this one.

Is a Breve supposed to be close to warm than hot. I ordered on mobile and took me close to 10 min to get there and it was closer to warm vs hot. I threw it out. If it was made immediately then obviously cooled off a bit before pick up. Its called Hot Breve so I expected a good drink. Wasted my money.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They all work very hard. I noticed the drive thru line is always big, never stops. The prices are affordable for the area, the location is great, the wait time is a little long but is worth the wait. Thank you for the great service.

Girl who took my order was nice, but the one making my coffee had an attitude. I asked for extra banana flavor and she said she had already added it when I asked for a little more she was irritated and rolled her eyes, it’s like really I waited 30 minutes willing to pay extra and your upset. Seriously what’s happened to good customer service.

Where I live in the bay we don’t have any Dutch Bros close to us. The closest is like an hour half away. It’s a treat when we get it when traveling. The most recent Dutch bros experience I had might have been one of the best. I took my cat with me and they were so loving and sweet with him. The staff were very upbeat and social. My drink was exactly what I had ordered to be. Why Dutch bros will always be my favorite coffee place

Glad to see one of these somewhat close to Bay Area… Prepare for at least a 20-30min wait in Drive-thru. Take out window might be quicker. Not their fault, just this is the only location within 60 mi radius. Need more locations within Bay Area PLEASE I’m sick of Starbucks!
