Super bad service, Domino’s on their website says that if you place the order before the place reaches closing time you can pick up your order and they must prepare it for you, they close at 12 and from 11:30 they already have the place closed and if you order online they cancel the order every time you make it, in my case I was waiting outside the place and they canceled it and when I went and asked they told me they were not going to make it anymore I tell them they were still on time and that Domino’s policy says otherwise and they don’t care. There’s no way I was left without eating pizza

I ordered a wing they send me the drum stick. I called them. They don’t like to fix it. My best opinion for people don’t make order from this place. They have a lot bad review the pizza and the wing. One time I ordered a pizza and the driver never showed up. And another time, I ordered the Buffalo Pizza and the pizza showed up burnt, hardly any cheese and no Buffalo sauce. I ordered 10 pizzas online for a company lunch the day before. I specified that I would be there a 11:15 am. When I got there, there was only one person working, and he told me he hadn’t even started making the pizzas. I was told that my order didn’t pop up on their screen until 11:00, and they open at 10:30. He gave me some excuse of how the pizzas pop on the screen on a first-come come first first-served basis. I ordered mine the day before, so mine should have been the first on the screen. When the guy started making the pizzas, he was moving as slow as molasses, knowing that I was already running late. That’s an unprofessional and unorganized way to run a business. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the pizzas were good, but I will never go back.

I ordered a large 5 topping pizza from Domino’s tonight. Since it’s pickup or delivery only, We went there. $12 was the price I was told over the phone. When I got there, this guy told me $22. I said “there’s a mistake.” He acted like he went to ask someone else after he realized I wasn’t falling for his scam, then came back and said “he read it wrong.” Well buddy, you’ve been caught! It is soo rare to find good customer service!! This cashier in particular is the example of great guest service. She greets you when you walk in, she is patient. She goes that extra step to ensure your order is correct. She smiles. And today she was all alone, and you know what? I nearly didn’t notice. She doesn’t allow it to show through her attitude. I’m just really grateful for this employee at this time and I hope that her work ethics will inspire her coworkers. Because of her I am more likely to return than not.
