I never got my order. I tried to message the number given to me by the driver before they’d even leave the property to which no answer. I called the number three times, immediately hung up on and never got ahold of anyone. Tried to call this Taco Bell and their number listed is not working.

Sept. 16, 2022 5:10 pm I ordered a number 6 for steak chalupas got upcharged and recieved beef not fresh stale and old… I also requested the receipt and recieved the wrong receipt. Their aditudes were unhelpful and disrespectful. I would return to get a refund but we have work to attend. Will not return due to the consistency of stank attitude I get every week I come here. So much for accurate customer service or care. Most gross quality of chalupas I’ve never attempted to consume. One wasn’t even edible to bite through. At least with the right receipt I could of got my reward points or rectification(remade or refunded). I hate when my favorite place for fast food does this. Waste of money and time. Especially during a dinner rush. Unfresh food is unexceptable. I normally order power bowls due to them never disappointing fresh made ready on order quality.

Efficient and friendly location. Try to avoid going when Ewa Beach Elementary School lets out. The traffic is crazy and makes it difficult to get to to Taco Bell.

I’m remaking my review after it’s been rebuilt to say that nothing has changed. Workers still have attitude, food still comes out wrong, they do not pay attention to orders or customers. Avoid this taco bell if you can help it or just use the drive through, but make sure you check your food before you leave cus I promise they’ll mess it up.

Years later I am not shocked to see that customer service it has not improved. I came through the drive-thru on July 26, 2025, around 4:15 p.m. simple order nothing special. I pull up to the take out window and a Caucasian person was there. Not too clear if it is a boy or a girl but the customer service sucked. Had to wait for a few minutes for my order again I ordered nothing special. I ordered a Mexican pizza and three soft tacos. He/she handed me the bag and didn’t even say thank you for waiting, or have a good day. I could feel the negative from this individual. Not a good person to put in the front. Maybe cleaning restrooms.

Last night my husband and I decided to eat Taco Bell. When it comes to fast food nowadays we have so many choices. What you invest time and money into a location that doesn’t appreciate their customers is unacceptable. We decided on Taco Bell and of course there was a line. Usually there always is a line. Patiently waiting we finally get to the ordering menu. At first a female advised to order when you’re ready. I immediately placed my order on my husband’s order. Then throughout the conversation a male came on with an attitude. I let it go figuring you must be having a bad night. So we finally reach the take-out window. I hand in my debit card and he said that my card was declining. I pulled up my online banking to show him that it was impossible for the car to be declining. He served me with an attitude. This was around 11 p.m. On Sunday June 24th. Then he asks a female to assist him. What I didn’t know is that they charged my card 10 times. 10 times I repeat. Causing my bank to flag the card for suspicious transactions. I had to call my bank Wells Fargo to verify the transactions. An actual reality the first charge went through but because
The cashier wasn’t paying attention or was having a bad day he swiped it again and again and again until 10 times has reached. I had to ask my bank to block future charges from Taco Bell for this incident. I could have went to McDonald’s and received mediocre service then having to waste my time waiting in a Drive-Thru unappreciative buy both cashiers to have my debit card charge 10 times. Looking at your customer service reviews this location is only rated a two-star. As a manager or general manager I would highly suggest you read your customers feedback and improve service. Based on this feedback I will never return to this locations Taco Bell. I will drive my happy self to either Kapolei or Waipahu even though I live in Ocean Pointe. I truly hope that the general manager of this location reads this review and the review of many others and does something about their customer service especially when a cahscas with a bad attitude unethically charges me 10x.

Always go to this location whenever I get the Taco Bell craving. Service is fairly quick, largely depending on the customers before you. They have gotten my order right every time so far, and I eat there nearly twice a week. If you need some quick, convenient, and delicious food, this is a solid Taco Bell. Keep up the good work!

These operators suck! I showed up at 9:30 and the dining room was closed. The drive through line was to the street. Barley moved. Why be the slowest fast food? The operators have no respect for Ewa Beach.
