IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!! Night shift staff is INCOMPETENT TO SAY THE LEAST. I ordered, online for over an hour. They failed to send my order out for delivery until they closed and status changed to delivery cancelled. After waiting for also an hour. I even called and offer to come in to pick up my food, i was told “the order would be sent it” I’ll cancel my online account, and definitely not ordering toppers anymore. Terrible customer service, terrible staff.

The food was good and the staff seemed nice. Although I was late to pick up my order and it was just sitting on a random shelf to be cold. I’d assume they would keep an order in a warm environment but I guess not. Still would try this location again as the food was good when we reheated it at home 🙂

I always get pizza here and it’s always on point. Wait times are reasonable and they really do their best. The employees are always looking to get you a good deal if they can unlike other restaurants.

My fiance ordered dinner for us and I saw the delivery fee which is why we didn’t leave a tip. I tip handsomely anytime I go out in person for food/drinks, and have been a server myself at a bar/grill, so I understand how it all works and the hard work it entails. But this was a simple pizza/wing delivery order which was already on the bill, and this note on the receipt was absolutely uncalled for in my opinion. I called and was transferred to someone at this location who apologized and agreed with me, and said we would get a complete refund. I hope so, and we’ll see.

Every delivery from this restaurant has been wrong. Most recently, we were delivered someone else’s pizza with their full name, address, and phone number and with allergens. We sat on hold for half an hour and kept getting hung up on. Weren’t able to contact the restaurant. Call center kept rerouting us and had no clue what was going on.

Kind of bummed. No no seriously bummed. Specifically ordered extra cheese and it I think has less cheese than normal. And my girlfriend’s totza has like what looks like a sprinkle of cheese and barely any on it

The “handtossed” pizza was so hard my mouth actually hurts.

The photos still look decent. And the pizza is okay but the pizza was cold before I got home (live about 6 min away)
But I think cause it’s so thin.. there wasn’t much to stay hot on it for too long.
Mostly crust with some stuff thrown on top
Not super happy but I work 7-7 and sleep. When I wake up I’m starving. And I just wasn’t going to… just couldn’t drive back.
