Felt nourishing not only to my body, but to my soul. They must be putting good intention into the food, or it would not feel this good.
I found myself moaning “mm” as I ate the plantain chicken empanada, the smoked (usually don’t care for smoked) salmon avocado toast, and the omelet waffle. The only thing I hated was the oatmeal cookie, and only because of the chocolate in it (I hate the taste of chocolate)– but for chocolate lovers, it would likely hit the spot.
“Alec, what is your secret, with your food?”
He laughs, then “We make with love, for everybody,” in a jovial spirit.
